Friendly and responsive service
Friendly and responsive customer service. They notified me that two items I ordered would take a long time arriving, and hold up the rest of the order. So I was able to suggest an alternative product (just a different color) in stock, and they fulfilled the order and delivered everything as expected.

Competitively priced site. I appreciate you were honest about how long the goods would take to arrive. Yes, it took a while, however, it was a marginal inconvenience when compared to the savings I made on the goods. Given the delay, if the price wasn't competitive, I would have sourced from elsewhere. So, thank you for that.

Customer Service Done Right ...
These days, great customer service feels increasingly rare – but not at hjem.dk! I ordered some LED candles whereof some were faulty. When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly, kindly, and with a proactive solution – no hassle, no questions asked. It was such a smooth and positive experience. This will definitely not be the last time I shop with them :-)
