The products are good, service not so much.
The products are good, the customer service is messed up. Initially I ordered the OccuGold trial back in Feb 2026. I liked the product and it's helped with my vision blurriness and night issues.
My husband also wanted to try the product but I didn't want to have him order under my email since I didn't want his payment information saved with my account. We ordered a trial order for him under his pay and email account in early March 2026. He didn't think the product helped at all so we asked for his account to be cancelled.
In the meantime, I placed a Refill & Save order on my account (or so I thought), somehow it ended up tied to his account. We called and the customer service rep walked me through changing the account email to my email. In doing so, it's screwed up my account and now I can't see my Order History nor my Refill & Save subscriptions. Today, a different customer service agent said there's no way to clear this up. I've worked customer service in the past and unless the agent just doesn't want to fix it, there's always been a way to move the data from one account to the correct account. Apparently, they choose not to.

Once again love these products but am so over the prices from one time purchase to refill and ship. I prefer to order as I need them and decide when to buy. I also stopped all of their mailings which came every week with no price change unless you refill and ship. Because of product quality I will continue to order them.

Watch those prices!!
Pricing changes when you leave their site and come back. It will increase by $15-20 a bottle sometimes. You need to clear your cache or reboot your phone. This causes a total increase of $100-150 in prices for a complete order if you don’t watch. They like to raise the prices up and then you think you’re getting a good deal at 50% off. It’s a racket they use for business, I get it. A watchful consumer is needed when purchasing supplements.

Shady Customer Service
They charged me for a product that I had already cancelled. They are also are witholding my money. I called and they claimed that it was a hold and they asked me to prove that it was a charge, and I did that. Up to this day they still haven’t sent me my refund. Don’t do business with this place because they are scammers and liars of the worst kind. All this happened as of June 17th os 2026. Rachel, Nancy and Carlos all should be dired for conducting business in this way. Nasty people

Healthy Directions - healthy mind and healthy body!products…
I have used Healthy Directions products for many years especially the Omega Series which has and remains beneficial to my health - running long distance is my exercise escape. Have great products --BUT Watch Out???
Have great products, but their promotions use a "semi-bait and switch" method to lure one into doing "send every so many months". This is not right and is taking advantage of elderly (myself) customers. Bait with low prices then up price IF one does not agree to sending every so many months. You should be ASHAMED.
