We had a non responsive unit after moving into a new house which meant we didn't have hot water for a few days. Both the people over the phone and Justin who came to fix our unit were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Justin was at our house within a day of us calling and for a fixed price repair he came back twice and made sure our boiler/ unit was up and running well, replacing multiple parts to make sure we had good water pressure etc. We were so happy with Justin’s friendly and patient service as he got our hot water back up and running. He did such a thorough job and we feel much better knowing our unit has been looked at before the colder months. Thanks so much Justin and the Gledhill response team :)

AJ was on time, smart, confident and amiable.
He introduced himself, got from me what he needed to do and got on with it. What I thought might be a difficult job was to AJ straightforward.
As I suspected out of 5 room thermostats two were faulty. He had the parts to replace one and is returning to do the other. Employee of the month in my view. I hope Gledhill are pleased to have him Excellent - no faults at all!

I reported the fault only yesterday morning and the engineer was booked in and arrived this morning - less than 24 hours later! The engineer was delightful and very helpful in explaining what happened and why, as well as what remedial action he was taking.

I've lived in this development, built in 2005, for 18 months. I knew work would be needed.
So far I've had a new boiler, a new kitchen tap, a replacement light switch and, most recently, a new oven switch.
Gledhill staff have always been friendly, timely, knowledgeable and they clean up. What more can you ask?
