I was offered new object as received one was damaged. After multiple weeks when i was waiting for an object i was told that they do not offer cambio! Even if i have a written proof. Now after long wait i will be issued refund. Would never ever use your service again!!! Horrible! Absolutely disgusting service

Order a watch on 12.26.22. Haven’t got my watch yet. Have contacted this company multiple times no answer yet. Contacted the currier company and was told watch is hold in goverment station in Italy. Weird might have to claim via my bank. Very frustrated and disapointed.

Got my order and decided that I wanted to return one item from my order. However as I go on the page to "Request a return" it says - "Impossible to calculate the amounts for this return". I thereafter tried several times but always got the same note. I decided to contact customer service for help for my return but never got a reply from them. Very disappointing as it is written all over the webpage that they have "Easy Returns" - well thats not what I experienced.

SCAMMING COMPANY TOGETHER WITH THE COURIER COMPANY THAT THEY USE!! Ordered a necklace €35 including shipping to UK was sent email from scamming courier company that they used requesting that i pay £89 in custom charges or they will not deliver! Have contacted both companies, both will not reply. Have to claim back with my bank. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Purchased a Armani bracelet from Amazon via this company when it arrived it was second hand scratched so bad I wouldn’t have even said it was worth £10. Absolutely disgusting! I have contacted them via Amazon as I won’t it sorted being it was a Christmas present but no respond. I will never purchase from them again! Which is a shame. As I spend loads of money buying Armani products as my partner loves the brand.

Candle arrived with a very noticeable piece of the top chipped off. Shipped in a FedEx box with no bubble wrap or additional protection surrounding the Versace packaging. What a JOKE of a retailer.. this is absolutely not how to dispatch luxury items, regardless of size.

Very polite but not much of help when I found out the watch I had bought was crap. I purchased a smart watch that had a serious fault with charging, didn't get it fixed (sent it to "service center" twice, each trip taking several months) and was never offered a new one, although the watch supposedly had two years warranty.

I was seeking a new Citizen watch, searched for hours and came across Gioiapura. Their price was significantly lower than all US shops, and they even beat Masterintime on the price. I ordered the watch Monday night, estimated delivery was about 8 days, it arrived 3 days later in the early morning. I was very pleased that they set the date and the time (in my time zone). My only comment, was no tracking info sent and to my surprise, FedEx didn't alert me to the shipment either. Regardless, I was more than happy and surprised when I opened my door at 9am and I found the package. I will buy from them again without hesitation.

This is my first time writing a review an a shopping site. I normally do all my online shoppings from Amazon but this time I couldn't find a specific watch model (Casio G-Shock GW-M5610U) that I wanted to buy, instead I have found it on this website. I was very hesitant to order it from a site I know nothing about. But from the payment to the shipping everything was flawless on my shopping experience.
I wrote a question to customer services after I bought the item and they literally responded in 15 min. The item arrived 2 days sooner than expected. Right item, perfect packaging with a little perfume sampler on the side.

I definitely recommend it to those who are afraid of internet shopping from less known sites.

Ordered a watch and very pleased with service , product and communications. If you are in UK, be aware to add approx 23% to purchase price as import and vat duties will be applied and will need to be paid. You can then decide if to buy or not. The courier firm contacted me by email [ junk folder !) to pay these duties. Gioiapura, after i ordered, sent a mail to advise of these costs and gave opportunity to cancel order with refund before they shipped product. So as above, well pleased with Gioiapura service and product , just be aware of vat and import duties will affect your total purchase price.

I am giving 1 star because I am highly disappointed with the shipment delay.

I placed an order late on 25/10/2021, already 26/10/2021 when it was accepted. The delivery was promised by 29/10/2021. That was essential to me as it was intended as a birthday gift.

I noticed, however, that the name of the receiver was not pulled correctly from the Amazon addresses (I used Amazon Pay) so as soon as I saw it I sent a message to Customer Support asking to update the name. That was done promptly in the morning of 26/10/2021. But since then my order is in status "In progress" and not moving.

Today is 29/10/2021, the date it was supposed to arrive, so the birthday gift is ruined now.

Their Customer Support replies very quickly, which is very good, but that does not help since the order is not moving.

When you order from GioiaPura, think twice before trusting their promised delivery dates, especially if you need your order to arrive by a certain date.

P.S. The Customer Service replied that any change to the order causes delay as they need to manually update shipment label, generate new tracking number etc. But still not 3 full days and counting! I feel really let down. For gift orders (and I specified that it is a gift) it is really important to arrive ON TIME, not days or weeks later.

Great company and service. They replied to me promptly, let me know when my package is coming, gave me updates and I received my order within 4 days! Gioiapura offers great prices and I also received biscuits in my package. I will defiantly buy again in the future!

I wanted to buy a casio pro tek watch in the uk. The one I wanted was a prw-6600-yb-3er a a safari cloth band.
I hunted high and low for this model in the uk without success but found it in Japan and Italy.
Hmm I wasnt sure what to do casio uk pointed me to a British dealer who said oh yes I know the one you want but it's not something we want to order as a one off.

So ordered it off GioiaPura I paid with Mastercard. The site was a little confusing as my message was sometimes in English and sometimes in Italian. So I was a little confused whether my order had gone through

I emailed them and got a quick reply the watch had been ordered and was on it's way via UPS. I tracked it via the UPS apl and it arrived after 5 days.

I opened it up it was well packaged and i am delighted with the watch and prompt service.
I will definately order off these guys again if I need a € 300.00 watch. I was a little worried ordering on the internet but I had a brilliant experience.

We ordered a Michael Kors bracelet as a gift during the Covid19 lockdown. We are based in the UK. The bracelet was very hard to obtain for a reasonable price within the UK, and we obviously could not go to the shops for it. We ordered from Gioiapura, not really knowing what to expect, but hoping it would be ok. The bracelet was cheaper from Gioiapura in Italy, even with the cost of international delivery to the UK, than the price from a UK jeweller.
The service we received from Gioiapura was exceptional, the bracelet was delivered exactly when they said it would be by UPS. The bracelet was beautifully presented with presentation box and pouch. We are very happy with our first purchase from Gioiapura, and we would definitely use them again. Thank you Gioiapura for exceptional service, even within lockdown :-)
