I believe I answered all the questions appropriately, but I was surprised by how short the meeting was and by the lack of depth in some of the questions.

A lot of consulting offers forwarded to me do not match my published skills on Guidepoint profile.

A better screening process need to be in place so that overall screening process is efficient

They have problems paying you as an expert after you have done the consulting work. Over a month and I am still asking them where my payments are. I would not recommend being an expert for them. Lots of other companies out there that actually pay for your time

Engagement objectives are clearly defined and well aligned with expertise. Scheduling is good and payment are very prompt. I also like to follow-up of scheduling and reminders.

Payment was shorted by a minute or two even though they booked me for an hour

Professional company. As an expert they sometimes send you consultation requests that doesn´t match your profile perfectly but those can just be ignored. Fast payment after consultation and heavy on compliance which makes it easier to get approval from HR of you are currently employed.
