Great product and excellent customer service.

I purchased the FlexiSpot E7 Pro standing desk, and although there were a few initial issues with my order, the customer service team handled everything very professionally. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure the situation was resolved properly.

It’s rare to see this level of customer service, and I really appreciated the follow-up and support throughout the process.

The desk itself looks great, feels solid, and works very smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and especially with the support I received from the FlexiSpot team.

My only suggestions would be to make the assembly instructions and online instruction videos a bit more detailed, as a few steps in the assembly process could be explained more clearly. It would also be helpful if the holes for the cable management system were pre-drilled, as installing that part required a bit more effort.

I ordered a chair, but one of the parts arrived damaged, making it unsafe to use. However, after I requested a replacement, the support team replied very quickly and was incredibly helpful. The replacement arrived just a few days later. Please note that this review refers specifically to the customer service in Germany.

In March 2026, I purchased a Flexispot BS14 ergonomic chair for a second vacation home, so it wasn't intended for continuous use. Unfortunately, it began to make an annoying mechanical noise every time I moved or shifted my center of gravity on the seat. I wrote to customer service, explaining the problem and attaching a video. Since it was still under warranty, I requested a replacement for the seat adjustment mechanism. I was contacted promptly by email and offered a partial refund; I declined because it wouldn't have solved the problem anyway. Shortly afterward, I was contacted by another representative who asked for the shipping address for the replacement part. From the time I contacted them and requested the replacement part, the shipment was completed in just over 24 hours. I was also surprised to discover upon delivery that I had been sent a complete chair, not just the agreed-upon part!
I am very satisfied with the chair, very comfortable and well made, and very satisfied with the customer service, which quickly and professionally and courteously handled the problem.

Had the ajustable standing desk (EG1) since 2022. Works great! I had one problem when it got stuck at the bottom and wouldn't raise, wrote to customer support and within a day they had replied with instructions on how to reset it. Desk is now moving again. Highly recommended.

I have ordered the armchair that I am using for nursing and I am super pleased with the quality and the customer service.

Had a problem with my desk and could not figure out why one of the "legs" is not moving. Received answer with instructions what to check for within a day. The problem was fixed.

Great quality desk (ordered the FlexiSpot E7 Pro with the bamboo top). Everything arrived in a couple of days.
I had an issue with the add-on PC mount (turned out it's a bit too small for my PC), but I was able to get it refunded. Customer support responded to the return request email with a couple of hours, and issued a full refund.

Amazingly high quality elevating tables, perfectly packed. Quite simple to mount (except for a few missing holes on the table that required drilling...no idea why). excellent customer service when I had to return an accessory. recommended!

I purchased a desk and accessories. The items were delivered in partial shipments. Questions I asked about this were answered very, very quickly. A power outlet was defective, and this was also handled properly. Beautiful product and very good service!
