I received my E7 Pro with two small dents on the tabletop. The guy from customer service were quick and proactive in resolving the issues, sending me a replacement tabletop.

The only problem that I had is that they use in Italy GLS for the shipping which is not the best choice ever. For the rest, each time I've contacted them, I've always received a quickly reply and I've solved all the problems. I recommend this brand.

Product: As for the desk, assembly was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and they provided everything I needed to put it together. It only took me about 20min! Even though I opted for the FlexiSpot Light (one of their more affordable options), I was blown away by the quality. The desk is incredibly robust, the height controls function perfectly, and the surface is so comfortable to work on.

I purchased the E5Q desk and the C7 chair, relying on customer reviews and I was very satisfied. Delivery was fast and the products carefully packaged. The support was also incredible, they responded quickly and were able to help me as best they could. I will definitely make future purchases.

Great experience. Ordered two tables (Q8 and EW8) under discount. Despite the code was not working on the website, I have contacted them through email during the weekend and they immediately replied, reimbursing the difference. Kind and professional. I got the tables in a couple of days, I'm in Italy, Milan. Quick mount and they are perfect. Very satisfied with overall service. Can only recommend.

Unfortunately due to a sensitivity to a component I had to request a refund for the desk.
They were excellent and quick to assist me, refund went smoothly!
The desk was perfect, stable and solid.
I am sorry that unfortunately I could not keep it.

I was disappointed by the lack of transparency in handling pricing, offers, and flash sales. The customer service was unable to give any meaningful explanations, and I ended up with an order that I couldn't cancel and that I made from wrong assumptions. I'll return it and look somewhere else. Disappointing.

The product is amazing, it allowed me to finally have the opportunity to work standing up or sitting on the perfect heights where my back doesn’t hurt. The delivery took a while because the 4 different packages came from a different country, but Flexispot provided me with the tracking support and clarity to move the shipment forward.

Easy to assemble and solid desk. Operation is smooth and quiet. Very fast and helpful customer service.
Definitely recommended. A suggestion for the next versions is to think about cable management under the desk, everything else it is top. Shipment fast as promised on the website
