I had an issue with a birthday present for my boyfriend and needed to exchange an item. I was a month past the time I should have done so. I emailed and Ava helped me, she allowed me to fulfil my exchange and guided me from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thanks Ava!

I had ordered a t shirt which seemed to be really great quality though I noticed my item was defective. I contacted and asked what could be done within less than 24 hrs I recived a response from customer service rep Ava, who was great btw. She quickly resolved the issue, was genuinely helpful and professional and reached a conclusion we were both happy with.

Ignore the bad reviews, bought a pair of shorts from them and easily the best summer piece i’ve ever picked up, the quality is insane and customer service was faultless and very fast, i ordered the wrong size which is nobody’s fault but mine however i exchanged them and was emailed back within like 2 hours of them arriving at their place advising that the pair in large was sent out, genuinely can’t fault these guys will be buying again!

Was great and easy communication with the team. Helped me get my refund and size exchanged very easily.

Terrible customer service! Sent clothes back to be refunded, followed return instructions and sent confirmation/proof of delivery by courier but clothes “cannot be located”, having to constantly chase for any update just to be sent away.

Would not trust.

Excellent customer service bought some joggers in November for my son only wore a few times and the toggle snapped, must have just been a faulty pair as always had good quality items from Episodeproject, contacted customer service and sorted out very quickly replacing the item. Brilliant service from Ava.

I bought oversized joggers for my grandson for xmas. The quality was great. Had an issue with an ankle strap so emailed Episodes. Instant reply and asked if I could send photo of the problem. Photo sent and within 24hrs had a msg back to say they had already dispatched a new pair and no need to return the faulty ones. Excellent customer service, will definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

It was my first time ordering from Episodes and I will definitely use them again! Tracksuit was lovely and amazing quality. Initially had an issue with the wrong item being sent but was quickly resolved with Ava, really impressed with the amazing customer service. Christie

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent some joggers back which had been tried on for size only and would not refund as they stated "item shows signs of wear, scent, or missing tags and is not in its original condition" which is a complete load of rubbish. Complete scam so they don't have to refund.

I ordered the drift tapestry zip up hoodie. It’s nice quality but it can get snagged very easily
