Love it!

The delivery was super fast, and the quality of the clothing item I purchased is really good. The piece is absolutely beautiful! I will definitely order from them again. 100% recommended!

A MASSIVE SCAM!!

A MASSIVE SCAM!!

I ordered two pairs of pants the exact same size and both were extremely off. One was at least one size too big and the other was at least 2 sizes too small. Quality was very cheap as well. I returned the smaller size almost 2 months ago, have not heard anything or received a refund. I emailed customer service and only received an email from an AI bot that had no clue what I was asking and would get a human. Didn't hear anything for 12 days and emailed again and still have no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have lost almost $200

am very disappointed with your service

am very disappointed with your service. Despite contacting you several times, none of your agents have contacted me. I have received no calls, emails, or updates about my issue.

To make it worse, I keep getting ignored and have to repeat myself every time. This is unprofessional and frustrating.

This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The wrong item was sent, and I am being completely ghosted by your customer service team. I leave for my trip in a week and I need a replacement sent ASAP. I don’t see why I should have to spend money to return and wait for it to be received to have your mistake corrected.
