Very expensive electricity provider. After I switched to another supplier they claimed I had also had had internet through fiber from them, which I never had. I both called and emailed them about the error they had made, and yet today, more that a year later, they have forwarded the claim to a third party for payment. Avoid this company.

As a non Italian speaker, I was extremely well looked after by the staff at Ragusa Enel. They ensured all the right paperwork was done and I had my gas, electricity and internet all connected within a few days. It removed a lot of stress in my life by making this happen so smoothly.

Enel.it is a prehistorical company. Since 8 am this morning we don't have electricity. It's noon now and still no electricity. No communication, the website to report doesn't work,.... How stupid can you be to do your work during the day. People can't work like this. Sunpanels don't work, battery empty and can't charge. Welcome in italy, the country that's still in the 40s and doesn't belong to Europe. Develop your complete company and you won't have problems.

Allow foreign credit cards (i.e. American etc. that don’t belong to SEPA ) to be able to pay on line!
Simple > make a modern change please as there are other electric/gas companies that want my business and watch out if they accept my non SEPA credit card online!

comprata per oltre 1000 euro a lug del 2021, oggi ha un malfunzionamento. Enel non fornisce, ne assistenza tecnica, ne tecnici, ne centri dove poterla riparare. NIENTE ! NESSUNO LA RIPARA . la puoi solo prendere nuova. MA STATE FUORIIIIIII
Our WiFi went out on Friday we immediately contacted them and we’re still waiting for the technician to contact us. Very unacceptable customer service. We’ll be changing service providers immediately

As I live in Australia and have a property in the small town of Castelnuovo della Daunia prov.Foggia Enel have offered the billing cycle to be paid from overseas wihich for me is excellent. The set up was easy and for me it gave me peace of mind to know that my bills arrive via email and are paid by direct debit.

Horrible provider. I have been trying to close my gas contract for 6 months and it's still not done. Unhelpful, bureaucratic nonsense and no sense of ownership of taking a customer's (simple) request and follow through until completion. Perhaps it's because I want to close my gas contract (as I left the apartment) that they don't want to help close the contract. Shameful business, not pretty.
