Several electric vehicle charging stations in Milan are listed with a maximum capacity of 22 kW, yet in practice, the output never exceeds 4 kW. Despite this significantly lower charging speed, users are still charged the higher rate rather than a slow-charging tariff, resulting in an unfair cost relative to the actual service delivered.

​Enel X Way effectively holds a monopoly in Sardinia, and the service is an absolute nightmare. Almost none of the charging stations actually work when you arrive.
​To make matters worse, the app is completely inaccurate: it constantly marks chargers as "available" when they are either broken or already occupied. Even after reporting non-functional chargers, nothing gets fixed—the app continues to mislead drivers day after day.
​Trying to get around Sardinia relying on their network was an awful experience. Sardinia desperately needs real competitors to break up this monopoly and force Enel X Way to actually do their job and maintain their infrastructure properly!
