DO NOT TRUST ELITE SHIPPING!!!

They deserve negative stars, less than zero!!

Elite Shipping cannot be trusted they are scammers and common thieves posing as a reputable shipping business. I have never had such terrible service especially in the UAE.

My household belongings were picked up in Dubai, UAE and packed in Oct of 2025 for shipment to the USA. It is now almost March of 2026 and the container is still held up at the port in Houston Texas.

The reason: Elite Shipping hasn't paid the fees or the import company handling the last mile. They have a cash flow problem they say.

In addition to failing to deliver all of my belongings as agreed in our contract, they scammed me in the process.

I was given 2 options for my move.

1. Exclusive Solo shipping, solo container, easier and faster packing/unpacking, customs clearances, and no cross contamination or mix-ups. Billed as much faster overall.

2. Groupage Container Shipping. My things are mixed with other shipments to fill the container at a reduced cost but would take longer. Must wait until the container is filled, unknown items mingling, unknown possible issues with customs due to no control over what's in their boxes, etc.

The difference in price is approx. USD $2800, just under double the overall price. Total I paid USD$6,800

I paid for the exclusive solo package as I was told this would be much faster. I liked having only my items in the container also.

Once the receiving shipping company in the USA contacted me to set up the customs paperwork and arrange for delivery, I was informed the contract they received has my things in a groupage container, and the manifest list showed multiple shipments in the one container. I found this out while asking them about the timeline for delivery and clearances. The USA team told me it would definitely take longer as a mixed shipment in customs, and they would need to take the container to their warehouse and sort it and reload it before it could be delivered to me.

I immediately contacted Elite Shipping about this, and they admitted it was a mistake and apologized and told me they would review what happened and get back to me with a solution.

They have since stop responding to emails and won't return my calls.

Now I have been charged nearly double for the basic service, and all of my belongings are stuck in the Houston port with no way for me to get them out.

No one from any senior level has ever replied or contacted me, only the sales rep originally.

Unacceptable level of communication and unscrupulous business practices. They need to have their license revoked in the UAE.

I am extremely frustrated with my shipment handled by Elite for my TEMU order. Since Monday, I have been receiving repeated WhatsApp messages requesting my location, yet no delivery has been made up to today (Saturday). Each time I contact customer service, I am asked to provide the same details repeatedly and assured the delivery will be completed within 48 hours, but this promise has not been honored. And whats sad my shipment is marked as delivered.

Shipment marked as delivered and never received. Customer swrvice also saying the same thing and never have any update. Never had similar experiences with delivery in Dubai.

One of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever dealt with. There is a delivery representative with this number 0508597205 who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called him three times, and he kept hanging up on me. I called the call center When I asked to speak to a manager, they didn’t allow me to. The representative spoke to me as if I was nothing — completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior.

I really don’t understand how a company like Elite Co can have such representatives dealing with customers. This kind of attitude gives a very bad image of the whole company. I even tried to file a complaint, but I’m sure nothing will be done about it. Very disappointing experience.

Not great, after making an online request, i expected an immediate call back to arrange collection. I did not get a call until the next day, some 30 hours later. Prior to that i called them twice, but operators on the phone did not have much knowledge and did not give me much confidence that my package would indeed be safe in their hands. As i threatened to take my business elsewhere they said "its up to you". As i had doubt to send important documents with them in fear of them losing the documents, I did just that and went to a reputable shipping company, many of which offer good rates if you ask! This company needs to sharpen up.

I have been using Elite Shipping for several months, and every experience has been positive. Their team is professional, reliable, and ensures shipments arrive on time. Stressful delivery drivers. Worst

I used the lead service in September last year and not only they had a very long delay due to cash flow issues in Europe, which mean my furniture was stuck in port and couldn’t be released, they also broke my things, most notably a TV. They are not taking any accountability. They are denying that it is their doing and they are very elusive and very hard to contact. I strongly recommend do not use elite shipping, very bad company, and you can only expect the worst. Moreover the owner now is trying to hide by saying he is sick and away and can not help me. I see a lot of positive reviews but I absolutely do not believe they are true. DO NOT TRUST them, I strongly believe those reviews are being bought.

Avoid Elite Shipping LLC at all costs‼️

If I could give zero stars, I would. Elite Shipping LLC is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, unresponsive, and completely unhelpful. No one seems to have any idea what’s going on, and getting a straight answer from them is impossible.

My cargo has delayed for 6 months now with no proper updates or explanation, Every time I called, I was either ignored or given empty promises that never materialized, It’s clear that their management has no control over their operations, and they simply don’t care about their customers.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Elite Shipping LLC. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and an absolute nightmare to deal with.

6 months that’s half a year and not even a single box has been delivered yet all shipping charges were fully paid 😡😡

I can not recommend this company!
The business partner in Rotterdam is holding one part of „Ice“, because there is an outstanding amount with the Spedition, from Elite Shipping side.
Mr. Kamer Baker is not paying this amount, that’s why the business partner is holding this part with an amount about 1000 Euro.
He is not answering on my Email, he’s not responding, he is not solving the problem.
I will not recommend this company to someone!

Exceptional Service from Elite Shipping!

I recently had the pleasure of using Elite Shipping's services to transport my belongings from Dubai to Adelaide, and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the entire experience.
Hijaz, was my go to man from Elite Shipping in UAE, played a pivotal role in ensuring that the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism and dedication were truly commendable.

One of the most crucial aspects for me was the safety of my belongings, and I am delighted to share that not a single item was damaged during the transportation. This speaks volumes about the meticulous care and attention to detail exercised by the Elite Shipping team. Every item arrived in Adelaide in the same pristine condition as it was in Dubai.

Moreover, the precision in handling my belongings was noteworthy. Not a single item was misplaced, showcasing the efficiency and organization of Elite Shipping's logistics.

Elite Shipping cannot be trusted. They failed to deliver on the contract and then retreated to endless attempts at denial and deflection. No real commitment to customer service and making up for the incredible mess they created. Plus, I never heard back from the ops team or senior management who were copied on more than 200 emails between all parties involved over 5 months. Those in charge just kept hiding behind the friendly sales & marketing representative.

When my belongings – shipped from Dubai to Australia – were delivered in early Oct 2022, much of the content was seriously damaged. To make things worse: 32 boxes/items were missing, incl. clothes, shoes, important office stuff, and more; causing some serious disruption in our lives.

When I reported this to ES they claimed for 2 weeks they didn’t know what had happened. After endless follow-up emails and calls, their marketing rep wrote: “We just found 27 of your boxes in our warehouse”. That obviously makes no sense at all. Having 27 or even 32 boxes/items with the customer name on them sitting in a warehouse for 2.5 months is proof of ES’ total unreliability. The ops team would have spotted them every day. And of course they would know that not all were handed over to the container transportation company. It was only in late Oct when ES finally admitted: “Please note that this is unintentional and merely due to operational error and under staffing as the cargo was initiated on peak season time.” But none of that led to them taking steps to rebuild trust.

Mistakes happen, but when they happen, real professionals take responsibility. The right way to act would have been to proactively reach out and accelerate the process of getting all remaining items shipped as soon as possible while ensuring there are no additional delays. But again, that’s clearly not ES’ priority.

The 27 items finally arrived in Australia in late Dec 2022 but were only delivered in early March 2023 – roughly 7 months after the first shipment left Dubai. What caused this horrible additional weeks-long delay was ES’ failure to hand over the paperwork to their Australian partner in time, despite being reminded of it multiple times, as I was told. Plus, when it was finally handed over, ES still did not even pay them quickly.

ES also never traced the other 5 missing packages. All we were told was “you can claim insurance”. Plus, they sent a false list of these 5 missing boxes. And the Packing and Tally Lists of the 2nd shipment also came with wrong box numbers. The box content descriptions were also not very detailed.

On its website, ES is relentlessly pushing claims like “Easy & Hassle-free Relocation Services” from an “Unbeatable Logistics Service Provider”, and “We’re committed to delivering quality service. ” None of that is even remotely true. It just points at the only thing important to them: endless self-praise.
