Great company, have lovely touches with their parcels, extra samples to try, little sweets in the boxes as a thank you, handwritten thank you for your order cards. Along with always earning points per purchase which generally entitles a £5 coupon off each purchase afterwards. Feels a lot more of a personal service and I much prefer buying from Edulge than a big corporation:) highly recommend

I’m cautious of buying online. Very old school. Therefore, it was causing me some anxiety, when the perfume I had smelled, tested & the wife loved on me, was all the way back in a perfume shop in Austria - a little weekend break last November. I could have kicked myself for not getting it, & yet, while I’m still picking up bottles of Niche parfum from a branch of Harrods, an hours drive from me, I could only find this particular parfum online. ☹️
When I was asking my very clever mobile phone where I could purchase it, I was getting the same name over & over again - Edulge.
I’d never heard of it. The reviews seemed too good to be true & I was sure I was getting set up for a fall. What to do?🤷‍♂️
I decided to ring the number & see what it was all about…
I spoke to a wonderful young lady - Sophie - I believe? Anyway, she reassured me that the company was legitimate & really did exist! (I was being overly paranoid!)
After the call, I thought,
‘Let’s roll the dice!’
Went online; ordered Sospiro il Padrino & was immediately offered 10% off purchase. Clicked on it & waited to see what would happen…
Over a matter of 3 days, I had emails from Edulge, keeping me up to date with parcel, where it was & when it’d be delivered to my home address. The estimation was for between 6-8 days of the date ordered. It came on day 3! Couldn’t believe how quick it was!
The package was fantastic & when I opened it, inside, was a hand written note, thanking me personally, by name, for my purchase, along with 2 samples & a bag of sweet treats! There was also my sealed box of parfum.
To say that I’m grateful for the fantastic service is an understatement & an injustice to Edulge. In this world of fast paced online purchasing & shockingly bad service & delivery from a large company named after a jungle, Edulge went above & beyond & I can’t praise them enough.
This was supposed to have been my last purchase to add to my collection, but with service like that & a vast catalogue of Parfums I wouldn’t find in any big, expensive store, (yes Harrods. I’m looking at you👀) then I’m inclined to maybe dump on the stores & add quite a few more to my collection via Edulge.
Honestly, first class service; from the call, to the order, to the delivery, to the unboxing! Thankyou! 🙏👏👏👏👏

Service was amazing, perfume samples delivered within 2 days of ordering. Beautifully packaged and regular updates from Edulge regarding delivery so easy to track the package and it arrived exactly on time for my birthday. Would definitely recommend Edulge for curated fine fragrance.

From start to finish my experience purchasing and looking at all the perfumes was fantastic because of choice and quality and cost was good to. When my perfume arrived it was boxed beautifully packaged to perfection with a personalised thank you for ur custom card and old fashioned sweets such a lovely touch 😊

Edulge has been brilliant with me! Ordered a few samples and one of them has been sent wrong,contacted them and in the next second i got an answer from them! Next day already got my correct sample delivered,plus they sent me one more extra...such a nice people!
