e-Hardware Reviews

good quality door handles, speedy delivery.excellent service

Brilliant service. Nice products well pleased. Many thanks

Easy to order, good product, but “express delivery” via DHL took a whole week!

The Astrid chrome/satin door handles, hinges and latches o bought were a good price, arrived the next day after ordering and were excellent quality. I would have no hesitation to buy from E-Hardware Ltd of Colchester again.

Promp great service. thank you

Price was what initially attracted me to this company but the customer service and quality of product is what will bring me back and recommend to others.
The delivery was with dhl and easy to track.

Excellent service, really fast delivery, highly recommended!

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. I loved that you can buy single, small items without having to buy in packs. Highly recommend the company. Item was exactly as expected and website was easy to navigate with clear descriptions

Color not as expected. Antique brass finish looked more similar to chrome than brass.

Well packaged and swift delivery, just what I needed for 19 fence panels. Would use e-hardware again, excellent.

The speed of receipt of the goods was very fast, thank you.

Needed assistance with some queries on what items were required for a solution and they both well informed and were extremely helpful.

Competitively priced and delivered on time and as requested

Great service (checking on screw and bolt dimensions on hinges and calling me back), rapid delivery and a quality product.

as discribed

I needed a 90mm backset latch for a customer and eHardware was the only place I could find one.

It’s actually adjustable, either 90mm or 100mm backset but the 90mm setting was all I required.

The latch seems to be of decent quality and fitted well, the only thing to be careful of is that it requires a smaller square spindle than a standard door latch - luckily the existing latch was the same, had it not been then it could have been a problem, hence the four stars.

The ordering process was straightforward and the latch was delivered quickly.

Really happy with my internal door handles. The fit and finish are excellent. They feel well made and are just what I was looking for after struggling to find a replacement for my current handles which were discontinued by the supplier. Would definitely recommend E Hardware and use them again.

e-Hardware were great from start to finish.

Such a shame the courier (DHL)were at the opposite end of the spectrum

Really pleased with the handles we ordered-even better they were half price- really good quality, extremely well packaged and fast delivery. Would definitely buy from again and highly recommend.
