We always deal with the same agent who understands our needs for acceptable flight times and has an amazing ability to find just the right hotel in cities over the world. I have used Jordan from Dial-A-Flight for many years. Initially for flights to Australia and holidays there whilst visiting family. This trip was a special one. We wanted to go on safari and Jordan was Superb. Helped us with every aspect. Our flights and pick-ups were all smooth, the Explorer Serengeti hotel in Tanzania was truly out of this world and the whole trip was a once in a life time experience. The question is what next? Definitely going to consult Jordan ✔️🙏

First class service solving a last minute problem. Cannot praise Aiden Pinder too highly. Great using a company who give such prompt service and who don’t use recorded messages chatbots and AI.

I've been using Dial a Flight for a few years now and a recent trip to Japan showed just how great they are. All arrangements worked perfectly. However, we had to change our return flight due to unexpected circumstances - their 24 hour line was fast efficient, unflappable and amazing. Thank you.

Maisie and her colleagues were very 'tuned' in to my request for a route 66 trip. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I requested changes. When the booking was finally made everything went smoothly, despite taking some time to complete because of the itinerary. I would not hesitate to book with Maisie again. We had an issue with 1 hotel and she is doing her best to sort it for us. Excellent service.

Freddie and his team at Dialaflight are so helpful and efficient, warm and friendly too. The itinerary they put together for my trip was perfect, and everything went so smoothly. It was good to know they were at the end of a phone if I needed them. They were beyond brilliant. I have used Dialaflight for many trips and will continue doing so. They are reliable, and I trust them 100%.

We have used DialAFlight for over 20 years - nothing is too much trouble, advice and recommendations are excellent and details and updates given in timely fashion. We would not use anyone else for our trips as we can Taylor make them to our own itinerary and preferences

We booked a trip to Asia, travelling to Singapore, Thailand, (three locations) Vietnam (two locations) and back to Singapore. The whole experience, from advice, a couple of amended itineries, the cost and the places we visited, to the hotels we stayed at, to the arranged pick up and drop offs to airports, was one that the whole family appreciated and very much enjoyed. Both Amy and Greg did us proud and if there were any questions, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you massively.

Boris Loadman has always been our travel manager because he had been so helpful from the offset. Because of his customer service my two sons now use this company and always insist that Boris deals with their travel arrangements for their growing family.

I have just returned from a trip from the USA with a friend. 2 months before our holiday my friend was diagnosed with cancer. Yet again Boris went above and beyond to change flights and Accommodation to align
with my friends hospital appointments.

I would like to thank Boris for his empathy and patience for our circumstances and doing his best to accommodate our situation.

I'd like to recognise Ivor Savage for providing yet another seamless booking with DialAFlight. I've used DialAFlight/booke with Ivor several times and each time, the overall customer care and attention to detail was exceptional from start to finish! Ivor kept in contact through out the entire process and kept me updated by phone and/or email. It was a 5* experience and I thouroughly recommend booking holidays and trips with Ivor/DialAFlight & I'll most definitely use them again!

Paul Jones arranged our recent flights to India,including an internal transfer. Not only did he get better prices than we were quoted elsewhere,but kept in touch as Air India,made several changes to the timings and each time we received immediate details of the changes. He also dealt with check in and emailed our boarding passes.
All in all,excellent service. We’ve used them before and will definitely do so again.

This is the second time I have used DialAFlight and their services almost comes as a surprise in this day and age. Kieran has handled both trips and I couldn't believe the attention to detail provided. I asked him to provide details of a trip to Valencia earlier this year and just last week, a trip to Lisbon. All the information is provided promptly, voucher for hotel/transfers/airline etc. He phone call just before we travelled to ensure we had everything needed. When the time of the flight was changed by the airline while we were on holiday, DialAFlight ensured that the company picking us up from the hotel were informed without prompting. To sum up they provided an excellent service from start to finish and I would recommend them to my friends. Thanks to Kieran and DialAFlight

Excellent Holiday arrangements made by Rebecca.
We have booked quite a lot of holidays through Rebecca at Dial-a-flight most have been long-haul holidays which Rebecca has planned and laid out the most enjoyable hotels and flights. She kept us up to date all the way.
There customer services are also very good when you are away they keep you informed and make sure everything goes to plan.
We have a few more holidays booked for 2027 that Rebecca has helped plan for us.

Nothing is too much trouble with this company. Dial a flight helped in getting us part of the way home from Thailand to the UK after Trump invaded Iran and all flights via Dubai were cancelled (our tour company, Travel Bag, were 100% useless). I have recently booked return flights to Vancouver through Dial A Flight and was thrilled by the deal they got me…. I have now booked a return trip to Kenya for February. I wouldn’t use any other company now for flights…. I haven’t tried their package holidays yet but I have high hopes!
