Great service from start to finish, great impartial advice from people that have been to your destination fair pricing and no add ons just good value for money and always someone to answer the phone within seconds. We will continue to use and recommend dial a flight.

Great price and flights all worked well for our trip. Representative took on board our requests and needs. All was confirmed in a polite and courteous manner and checked that we were happy. Follow up emails and phonecall before our holiday to check all was ok and what to do if there were any problems. Most reassuring service and highly recommended. Thank you!

We have used DialAFlight for a number of years . I used to book flights and holidays myself , searching the internet myself for the best deals. DialAFlight have made things so easy and stress free , and they always come up with a much better deal . It’s a great comfort to know that when we an overseas we a can call them at any time for help . They get my 10/10 for customer service , their DailAFlight app keeps everything thing we need in one convenient place

I was really surprised how my agent Neil was able to present a far more interesting itinerary than other travel agents had at a much higher price. I felt listened to and excited about my holiday wish list. We worked together to tweak the trip to suit my preferences and work around global political issues.

The transfers from hotels to ferries to flights etc. were professional and very comfortable. Every part of the trip was taken care of meaning we just turned up and relaxed.

We had four different destinations and each one our experience was fantastic and that’s because an experienced professional agent and company organised it for us.

We would highly recommend.

Kathryn Holland was such a delight to work with, she was so accommodating and quick to come back with flight options. Nothing seemed too much of a bother.

It was a steep learning curve as we had never visited China, Korea and Taiwan before. We had to make a number of adjustments due the length of our trip and direct flights and trains no longer operating in certain areas of China.

I would most definitely recommend Kathryn to anyone looking to book up flights to the Far East or elsewhere in the world.

This is not the first review I have written about Dial-A-Flight, having just returned from another amazing holiday in Florida, and I needed to praise the company yet again.
Ewan and his team have yet again surpassed themselves with everything they had arranged for us. We have dealt with DAF now for more years than I care to remember, they are 100% perfect in everything they arranged for this holiday, and in the past to. They booked our flights and car hire yet again and we as a family couldn’t fault anything they put in place for us. Ewan and his team are very professional, courteous, reliable and trustworthy and they know the travel industry inside out. For anyone out there that as yet haven’t given DAF a try, I urge you to do so, you won’t be disappointed.

Well what can I say, Nicky our travel manager went above and beyond (as always!) and organised the most amazing trip of a lifetime to Canada for us! Every single part of this multistep holiday which involved flights to Vancouver and back from Calgary , three hotels, a two day journey on the Rocky Mountaineer, a trip to walk on a glacier at the Columbia Icefields and our transfer to Calgary airport were perfect! Nicky has been organising our holidays since 2014 and I would never use anyone else! I 100% recommend Nicky and Dialaflight - they are the absolute best at what they do.

Very disappointing service. The agent completely misunderstood our brief — we asked for a 5-star holiday but were booked into the cheapest room category at the hotel. When we later needed to change a flight ticket, we were also given incorrect information.

Travel agents need better training and should triple-check the advice they give customers. Mistakes like these can seriously impact an expensive, long-awaited holiday.

Finn and the team DialAFlight are exceptional. We had to change flights at the last minute due to forest fires in B.C. everything was organised within 24hours and emailed to us. I can’t praise them enough. They really are on your case 24/7.
In general over several years, my dealings Finn have been extremely successful, he goes out of his way to make sure we get the best results possible for our travel

Thomas at DialAFlight was brilliant from start to finish! He organised our three-week trip around America and made the whole process so easy and completely stress-free.

Everything was really well organised, from the flights to the car hire, including sorting us a great car upgrade. We also loved the DialAFlight app – having the full itinerary all in one place made it so easy to keep track of where we needed to be throughout the trip.

Thomas was always super responsive whenever we had a question or needed advice, both before we went and while we were away. It was so reassuring knowing we had someone we could contact if we needed anything.

Sometimes it is how a company deals with a problem that shows exactly how good they are. Away in Captiva for four weeks and we had failed to notice on the car rental agreement that the return date was wrong and that Hertz were expecting the car back 6 days early. Called the Dial A Flight out of hours number on Saturday afternoon (evening in the UK) and left a message. Call returned five minutes later. Problem fixed overnight and confirmed by another call this morning. Brilliant service!

I made a booking with Logan Simpson after many attempts and weeks of trying elsewhere to get a booking confirmed for 7 people and one returning a week before everyone else so got a bit tricky, but Logan took care of it & removed the stress from it all.
We had a wonderful time in the carribean thanks to Logan for making it happen finally

I booked a 39 day holiday with DialAflight over the summer of 2026. This covered 9 flights and 5 different accommodation places. The communication from DialAflight throughout the whole process was fantastic. The best flight times were selected and the accommodation was consistently fantastic. The DialAflight app was worked brilliantly and kept me on track. I cannot thank Kieran enough for the time and effort he put into crafting me the most amazing summer of my life. This is second time I have booked with this organisation and will definitely be booking with them again.

An amazing service provided from start to finish. Tony booked all the accommodation (which exceeded our expectations in every location) and our transport (air and road) ensuring it met our needs. Tony was attentive to everything we wanted and worked with our budget. Overall, it made for a once-in-a-lifetime visit.
