Great company, always reliable
I’ve ordered from Coolblades a few times now, and they’ve always been excellent.
Everything has arrived brand new, clean and properly packed, exactly how it should be. My latest order was a BaBylissPRO UV Dual Foil Shaver, and again it arrived in perfect condition with no signs of being opened or previously used.
That’s especially important with grooming products, so I really appreciate the standards they keep.
Good prices, reliable service and no unpleasant surprises. I’m very happy with my purchase from them and will definitely use Coolblades again.

Be vary of false advertising
After purchasing the single edge razor blades from this website, I was expecting it to be next day shipping as advertised on their page. However, the product arrived 3 days after purchase.

If you place an order on a Saturday, we will ship it the following Monday, with delivery on Tuesday. We do try to make this clear during the ordering process, but we will consider ways to make this information more prominent at checkout.

Cool Blades sent me the products I ordered via Royal Mail. Unfortunately they did not deliver to package correctly to my address. I am very grateful to Cool Blades who immediately sent out a replacement package at no cost to me and which arrived yesterday. I have no idea where the original package is. But many thanks Cool Blades - a proper company with excellent customer service and relations.
