Very efficient in getting quotes out and orders all arrived on time. We didn't book for the delivery men to bring the chairs into our office but they did it anyway which was a great help.

Some of the chairs were broken and could have done with a clean but they were okay for our event.

Emma was very helpful. She supported us through the booking process and was able to arrange alternatives when things didnt work out. Thank you for providing the gazebos for our event, they were perfect

So easy to do business with this company. Paid, had just the right amount of communication before my event (not bombarded!). Got my chairs on time and they were collected on time - with receipts for both so I knew what was happening - and chairs were clean and good quality.

Chair Hire provided amazing service. From a speculative call after seeing the website, I was able to get 100 extra chairs at short notice for a funeral, which were delivered on time, collected on time, looked great and were really good value. Brooke, who answered my call, couldn't have been more helpful and I'm so grateful that Chair Hire was able to get me out of a tricky situation and make a difficult thing that bit better. I'd rather not have to organise another funeral, but I know if I need chairs for anything again, these are the people I'll call.

there answer to a complaint is to cancel your order and refund and move on to the next one, booked 100 chairs in the morning then told at 17.35 that a deposit had to be paid by cash transfer only or lose my order. if you don’t mind stressing out till your order comes use this company other wise stay well away

Wrong chairs, 2 arrived without cushions. Informed them on the day of my wedding, no help. Its now two weeks passed and I still haven't got compensation. Instead, I am having to chase them continuously to get compensation or an apology or some form of service.

The chairs arrived on the day of the event, they were mismatched colours, two of the chairs didn't have cushions. A lot of the chairs were chipped and out of place. I rang them immediately and sent photos straight away and with no response my day turned into hell and stress. Myself and my partner were looking for chairs to buy in replacement of the two without cushions. We couldnt buy 80 chairs that were all matching and decided to stick with this and we are regretful on this decision as now looking back on our photos, we see the colour differences and will never forget the stress of the chairs without cushions.

I am really disappointed as I had only read positive reviews so I was confident that there wouldn't be any issue. I wanted this to be solved without writing a review but its been two weeks passed now and I still feel extremely angry about this. I am not being acknowledged or heard or am given the right service. I hope with writing this review, I do get heard and I do get justice.

Great service. Delivered and collected on time. Had the package with table coverings and they were pristine. Reasonable cost considering.

It was so easy to place our order online. Nearer the delivery date they phoned to check all was still okay and confirm. We received a delivery window on the day, which was spot on, and the delivery guys were so efficient. Exactly the same process for the collection after the event. I have used Chair Hire twice and will use them again, and happily recommend them to others.

Delivered wrong chairs for our wedding, the chairs they did deliver were poor quality and damaged, they didn't collect at the time and date we paid extra for and then when trying to resolve the matter, their customer service has been dreadful. Stay clear.

What a brilliant and helpful company. I ordered some tables and linen for my event and I could not have experienced a better company. The order went through smoothly and promptly, the girl I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very helpful, the delivery was on time, the driver was friendly and helpful the company kept me updated by email and telephone, and the items were pristine.
