They were absolutely amazing from the start to the finish! Their LED dance floor transformed the venue

We hired tables ,chairs ,table cloths and lighting.
All delivered as arranged and collected too.
Table cloths where pristine and ready to use.Very happy with everything.

We used these for the hire of chairs for our wedding. They were always extremely helpful and very quick at responding to any enquiries we had. I would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for better service from Ewan and Gareth. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable, with a really flexible and accommodating attitude throughout.
They were particularly helpful when it came to the uncertainty around our final guest numbers. They reassured me that if I turned up on the day and needed additional furniture, they would do their best to provide more at short notice if anything was available. That sort of flexibility makes such a difference when organising an event.
They were also very kind in extending the collection date by several days before the event, completely free of charge, which was hugely appreciated.
Gareth, the owner, was especially jolly and helpful and even kindly gave me a discarded wooden pallet that I had asked about. It was a small gesture, but really summed up the attitude of the company.
All in all, a great service from genuinely lovely people, with a smile, a helpful attitude and a real “can do” approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would highly recommend my event hire and this is the 2nd time we’ve used them.
This year we had a problem with the benches we hired, Gareth immediately sorted the issue out, sent an entire new set of tables and chairs, no quibble and kept apologising for the issue. Their customer service, including Euan were extremely helpful in resolving our issue and did so very efficiently.
I will be hiring from My event hire again for sure.

My Event Hire were great, from the ease of booking, to the delivery and the collection.
I got a text to give me an idea of the delivery time, the staff were lovely and helpful, they carried all the tables and chairs into my garden for me. The furniture I hired transformed our garden into a beautiful wedding reception venue! Would highly recommend and would use again if needed.

We booked them for our wedding and the dancefloor was absolutely rocking all night! It looked spectacular and became the focal point of our reception evening. We had a huge blend of music and cultures, and the floor was completely packed from the first dance until the lights came on.
Excellent in communication aswel, Jon was very understanding! If you want a wedding where everyone is up and dancing, do not look anywhere else. 10/10 recommendation!

Lovely tables for 10 people and the blue soft padded high backed chairs were so comfortable.

Hired a dance floor for daughters 18th. Very helpful from start, kept up to date throughout regarding installation.
Installation went very smoothly and didn’t take long at all. Gareth installed and dismantled the floor, he was very helpful and friendly, also dealt with Joseph on email and he was very good at providing information etc

Hired tables and chairs for a small Christmas event and had a great experience. Communication was clear and prompt, delivery and collection were hassle-free, and everything arrived as expected. Reasonably priced with no issues at all. Would happily use again.
