Bought a used Mercedes GLC 220d and after one week I reported a problem with the suspension. They checked it out and said that it was not a problem. After 2 months the break light showed up and they replaced the pads in the rear, would have thought this would be done as standard before they sold it. Then I put it in for service and they said that the suspension needed new components and also that the front brakes needed new disks and pads and asked for permission to charge for it. Now all that should have been within the guarantee and after many correspondence the agreed to carry out the necessary work free to me except for the brake pads. Guess what, they now won’t answer my correspondence.
Not what you expect from Mercedes or its agents.

Service done.. invoice wrong but paid.
Assured the correction would be made.. not done.
Many messages but no response.
Had to drive to dealership (2 hours) and asked to make a complaint:
Promised if no complaint, refund for over charge would be made ..: guess what ? No refund arrived:..
