Poor and slow payouts with ridiculous "administrative fees" and explanations/justifications and abusive policies
Slow notifications (I couldn't answer at 1:59 a survey I was notified about at 1:52).
Surveys cannot be resumed and sometimes fail, hang, or quit after you answer multiple questions and pay you nothing.
Poor payouts (e.g. 0.50 EUR for 18 minutes (0.03 EUR/minute, 1.67 EUR/hour)).
Poor and slow redeeming options without description (cannot withdraw unless you provide invoice (?!), must accumulate 25 EUR, redeem a gift card, pay 7.50 EUR for unspecified "administrative costs" (?!), and wait weeks for the card).
Only accumulated ~15.60 EUR in 1 year.
Spams you with unsolicited e-mails besides survey alerts, offers no obvious way of subscribing them without affecting survey alerts.
Accuses you of lying without providing any evidence and unilaterally reverts payments (!).
Replies it's normal for surveys to terminate in the beginning because you didn't qualify when you complain about surveys blocking miday after answering multiple questions and receiving 0 (?!).
Probably the worst-paying survey company with the worst redeeming options.
