I give 2 stars because I finally got my money back after many e-mails and arguments. The product received was not what is advertised. I would be cautious when ordering on this website.

My experience was fairly average. The product was decent and arrived safely, but the delivery time was longer than expected. Customer support eventually answered my question, though it took a couple of days. Everything worked out in the end, but there is room for improvement.

Everything from ordering to delivery was good.

The shoes was very glossy which I got and that's the best part of it. The representative was not very attentive in my point of view.

This mushroom lamp gives off a soft light, but its base feels a bit light.

For me it was an amazing webshop! Fast communication and fast delivery, will return for sure!

My wife board some collards for our dogs and it was not as expected, it looks like something from TEMU, but the price was quite high.
Bolento write on their webshop its possible to return within 30 days.

But they dont answer the email, phone or anything else.

They just took the money and dissapeared.

The owner are a 25 years old boy that doesn’t care.

I dont understand why people do business like this, on fraud, scam, cheating!!

I am happy with my purchase. The quality is decent, and the pricing feels fair. It is not perfect, but it meets my expectations. I would say it is worth trying if you are looking for something simple.

The website has a mix of clothing and lifestyle items which is interesting. I picked a pair of pants and they were condortable, though sizing could be slightly tricky.

I bought the 10 pairs of thickened winter socks. They are super warm, but a bit too thick to wear with my tightest dress shoes. They are absolutely perfect for my winter boots, though!

I had a small issue with sizing, but it was manageable.

My daughter is obsessed with her keyboard. I got if for her after a friend got one for her son and recommended the site to me, it really was an awesome gift, it can keep her entertained for hours at a time.

I recently bought a T-shirt from Bolento and I’m really happy with it. The quality of the fabric is great, it fits perfectly, and it looks exactly like the pictures. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived on time.
