Don't like winners
They offer free spins and free bets, but they forget to add that you're not supposed to win anything from them. If you do, they send you a message saying you're not eligible for sports or free to play promotions. They also say any free bets or promotions you've qualified for will be honoured in full. That's a lie. After all this they seriously expect you to continue with them?
Edit: why are you telling me to contact you about this, I'm still waiting for a reply from when I actually did contact you, even though you say you respond to emails within four hours. It's fairly simple, I had a free bet in my account, you decided I'm ineligible for promotions, you said free bets I'd qualified for would be honoured, you then removed the free bet from my account.

During the world cup 2026 the promotion "beat fred" was great and I received the prizes as advertised.
From 6 questions if you guessed at least 3 the costumer would get from free bets or a share win of £10.000 if all 6 questions for the specific match were answered correctly. During the world cup 2026 I guessed a few and have received my free bets. GREAT! RIGHT? But NO! On the final between Spain and Argentina I finally guessed all 6 questions correctly and this time my share of the £10.000 wasn't paid into my Betfred account within the 48hours. It has been over a month now, I have contacted support team via Chat and was told this would be escalated to the promotion team. I have a feeling that this will take a long time 🙄 Has anyone else experienced the same or similar problem

I enjoy using this casino app. However one thing that is off putting is spending money for extra bonus and not received and the cold customer service. Personally I’m unsure why I’m still using this site. After I get my bonus (if I receive it) I will be cutting ties.
First issue: slots played seem to cut out on a win spin, I have screenshots and sent them to agents, however they also cut me off when this is mentioned.
2. Upgraded prize wheel I’ve spent over the amount, and I’m being told it’s not eligible because it’s on qualifying games. However not been an issue before, and I’ve been told I was playing live games which is not the case.
3. I have video screenshots of games cutting out, offers etc. but I’m being told to make myself familiar with the terms, it’s very patronising. I asked for a complainer adviser as I’ve contacted you too many times. Yet the agent cuts me off. It’s really poor,

Terrible experience: Account blocked and £40 confiscated over a bank glitch
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with Betfred's customer service and handling of funds. I recently requested a withdrawal of £40. Due to a temporary technical issue on my bank's side, the transaction was rejected and the funds were returned to my Betfred balance. About 10 hours later, Betfred tried to process the payout again, which naturally failed for the exact same reason.Instead of reaching out or waiting for a normal resolution, Betfred abruptly blocked my account and demanded KYC documents just to return my own money. I cooperated fully and provided all requested verification documents immediately.However, just an hour after submitting them, support told me in live chat that my documents had been reviewed and they would keep my £40 and give me nothing.Confiscating a customer's legitimate funds over a routine bank processing glitch and completed verification is outright theft and unacceptable business practice. If my account and funds are not unblocked and returned immediately, I will escalate this case to IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

Having used over a dozen book makers this is by FAR the worst. Support is terrible, ends sessions mid way though support, lies and changes its story to fit its own angle. Their software WILL mess up and it will be YOUR fault when it does.
