Peeling up

The flooring became significantly discolored about 3 months after install under every rug in the home. About 7yrs after install, the floor began peeling up throughout our home. We now have to replace our flooring throughout our home. We used a professional, highly experienced installer, and paid a premium for this product because we were told it was of high quality and durable. Unfortunately, the opposite has proven true. It’s been a real poor product and going with this brand has been a costly mistake for us.

Easy to install

Easy to install, and a great result. The floor is laying stabile and even we have a bigger dog in the house we do not see any scratches

Zenn vinyl floors and High Pressure Floors Grand Avenue

We installed the Zenn vinyl floors (Porto and Palermo) and the HPF (High Pressure Floor) Grand Avenue (Rodeo Drive) in our house ourselves:
- The vinyl floors were super quick and easy to install! We renovated our upstairs (four bedrooms and a long corridor) in just two days with one person working. They feel pleasantly warm underfoot and are very easy to clean. Only moving heavy objects (such as pushing a cabinet) can cause some scratches, but these are not very noticeable.
- We are completely in love with the longer and wider Grand Avenue planks! They are very strong, and visitors are always in 'awe' of this beautiful floor. It looks like parquet but is easy to install yourself (following the installation videos is recommended) and requires very little maintenance. I would definitely recommend these Grand Avenue HPF floors for larger rooms like a living room. Chic!!

Deviation - excellent experience

Been BA-customer for years (Norway). Experienced a seldom deviation. Had to complain. Very well handeled. I will still be a satisfied customer here :-)

Think twice.

Maybe you are well-mannered and don't really like to be honest, but in Norway the score is 1.6 which tells you that there are probably a lot of complaints about a product that is NOT up to standard.
I have complained about squeaks myself, and on all the boards the corners came up.
The answer has been (as so many get) that the floor was laid incorrectly😳
I have now switched to Pergo on 90m2, this is laid on the same substrate as the other floor was on, and is now squeak-free.
I also understand why BerryAllock rejects almost all complaints, if they had taken responsibility they would probably have gone bankrupt.
Anyone considering this product should think twice, you are hereby warned.

Larger tile style planks are really not…

Larger tile style planks are really not great, a lot of the locking systems on my flooring have raised. I have tried to raise this with the flooring company that I brought it from but I’ve not received a solution. This makes me feel the the guarantee isn’t really ensuring you of anything really. Very poor so far, only had the flooring laid for 8 months….

Poor product and customer support


Installed some Berry Alloc laminate flooring in a utility room and despite no warnings on the packaging, the flooring is not resistant to water, and has faded significantly simply by moisture breathing through a dog bed. Flooring has been down for 3 months only and was installed professionally. Customer service is very poor. The online ‘contact us’ service doesn’t respond and it took ages to find a UK speaking contact. When I eventually have, and despite them admitting they’ve seen issues with moisture before, they’re only interested in brushing you off. I will never buy this product again, nor would I recommend it to any family or friends.

We appreciate your patience, and we have already reached out via email to provide a detailed explanation regarding your issue. To clarify, your floor is a vinyl plank floor (LVT, PVC-based), not a laminate floor (wood-based), as mentioned in your review. These materials behave differently under moisture. While our (Pure) LVT is water-resistant, prolonged exposure to trapped moisture on its surface as was the case under the dog bed can cause discoloration, as detailed in our Care and Maintenance instructions.
In this case, the affected area aligns with the size of the dog bed, consistent with similar cases we've encountered. All relevant information, including supporting photos and documentation, has been provided in our previous email.
