Very disappointed with my floor tiles, it says scratch resistant but that's definitely not true
I will agree to probably the stain resistant, but as we're a retired couple with no pets and just grandchildren visiting in holidays, as I am just washing it now I could nearly cry at the amount of scratches mostly fine ones but nevertheless they are there.
Yes I did buy and use their recommended floor cleaner and finish but still no better.
I have tried to say in the passed about the scratches but was told to keep using their products
Wouldn't recommend for an area that you are going to walk across daily like ours in the full length of the house and open plan kitchen dinner.
But we had a wonderful fitter and it's laid perfectly and looks good at a distance or in photos, they wasn't interested in coming out to look at it.
Wouldn't recommend the product to anyone, and the customer service doesn't exist

Not worth the money we paid

Not worth the money we paid. Had this flooring down for about 6 months and it’s been a pain from the beginning. Easily scratches and marks with normal every day life. Really wished we had stayed clear or it.

My experience with Associated Weavers…

My experience with Associated Weavers has been hugely disappointing from both a product quality and customer service perspective.
The first issue arose within just three months of normal residential use, when the carpet, marketed as a luxurious nylon product, began to flatten and mat far more quickly than I would reasonably expect from a premium carpet. We also experienced significant colour variation between rooms despite being supplied with what was allegedly the same carpet. Finally, there was a discolouration defect that was present from the outset.
Rather than objectively investigating these concerns, I felt that every issue was met with an attempt to explain it away. The "independent" inspection report ultimately dismissed my complaint, concluding that a discolouration in one room had been caused by a substance being dropped onto the carpet. However, I possess dated photographs showing the same discolouration the day after installation, demonstrating that it was present from the very beginning.
What has frustrated me most is not simply the outcome, but the manner in which it was reached. The significant colour variation between rooms was deemed to be "within acceptable tolerances" based largely on the subjective opinion of a single inspector, despite photographs clearly showing one room appearing beige and the adjacent room appearing grey when viewed simultaneously from the same position in the hallway. There was no attempt to objectively quantify the colour difference... At the same time, the inspector had no hesitation in presenting a similarly subjective opinion about the cause of the discolouration as though it were an established fact. The report even incorrectly described the defect itself.
The dismissive handling of my complaint has left me feeling ignored and disrespected as a customer. Had my concerns been treated fairly and objectively, I may well have been prepared to accept some imperfections and move on. Instead, the manner in which this complaint has been handled has only reinforced my concerns and eroded my confidence in both the product and the manufacturer's commitment to standing behind it.
Based on both the quality issues I experienced and the way my complaint has been handled, I would not recommend Associated Weavers.

Invictus Ultimus LVT

We have had Invictus Ultimus in Majestic Oak Vista LVT fitted in herringbone pattern, fitted by Floorstore Leeds. It looks great, so happy with the final result. We have had the floor down for about 7 weeks with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing

We installed Invictus flooring just 18 months ago, and honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment.

Within a relatively short time, the floor has noticeably faded and is already covered in scratches—far more than you’d expect from normal day-to-day use. We previously had Karndean flooring in our last house, which held up brilliantly, so this has been a real letdown in comparison.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of support. When we contacted Invictus, we were told we had to go through the retailer to raise a complaint—but getting any progress through the shop has been difficult and slow. As a result, no proper inspection has even been arranged.

Considering the cost, we expected a durable, high-quality product. Instead, we’re now facing the possibility of replacing it far sooner than we should have to.

Overall, very disappointing experience—both with the product and the aftercare.

Very poor Invictus quality flooring

We had invictus flooring in our kitchen, dining room and conservatory around 4 years ago. We had issues with it literally from day 1. It has faded, stained where furniture as sat on top of it and generally very poor quality.
We’ve lived with it up until now as it’s so costly to replace but it’s got so bad we have no option but to replace it.
Don’t buy!

Thanks Andrew.

I spoke to Andrew at associated weavers about a month ago. I wanted advice on my new Tiberius mist carpet and he was lovely. Helpful and didn’t rush me off the phone. I think this is the associated weavers trustpilot? I did email them to praise him a month ago and ask if this is the correct place to review associated weavers, but no one replied to my email. I’m hoping Andrew will see this. Had an issue with the carpet since and he has sorted it out. Thanks Michelle

Absolutely delighted with carpets and slate effect flooring. I had it fitted a couple of months ago but preferred to wait before reviewing. The quality is exceptional, I purchase lots of flooring for my Care Homes, but this was for my home.

Sample delivery

Only got a sample delivered, but it had horrible plastic marks all over it that looked like snail trails. The colour was a good match for us, but if this is what they're going to send as a sample, dread to think what the rest of the batch is like!

90 days and invictus carpet looks like its 5 years old

I purchased 90 days ago a Invictus Magnificus carpet for my living room, it has flattened and changed colour, its not heavily used 2 adults one dog, we are out at work 5 days and away most weekends, the retailer had a carpet inspector down and the inspectors report advised this flattening is as expected and Associated Weavers deny any responsibility. the carpet is advertised as hard wearing and has a 20 year manufacturer warranty, however what they fail to say in their sales pitch and advertising literature, is that yes its hard wearing but it wont look the same after a few months, but that's actually acceptable ! who would willingly spend a small fortune on a carpet they believed to be hard wearing but would also believe it would look the same for a reasonable period of time, the manufacturer is making it look like i should be aware after spending 2k on a carpet that it is totally acceptable for it to look so bad and that be normal after 3 months. its an absolute disgrace their customer service and i'm sure if anyone of the associated weavers employees bought a carpet that looked like it was 5 years old after 3 months they would not be happy and their inspector may say flattening can occur however who would in their right mind but a carpet that flattens in 90 days . Shameful response and support from the manufacturer will stick with Cormar in future

Biggest disappointment

We had the Royal Oak Blonde flooring installed downstairs and upstairs due to allergies and required an easy to clean floor. We're 3 months in and this flooring has been the biggest disappointment. It scratches too easily and I don't mean minor superficial scratches, but proper gouges. We are a two person household and both work at the office, so it's not seeing crazy wear and tear. It's also really hard to not have repeats close next to each other, due to the limited number of print variations. This creates a noticeably repetitive pattern that detracts from the overall appearance and gives the flooring a cheap, artificial feel. The floor is also hard to clean due the the small grooves that are supposed to mimic the woodgrain. It traps dirt very easily and a weekly mop doesn't suffice. I was considering buying a steam cleaner, but can't use that on this flooring as it will result in it lifting. So now I'm left with an easy to scratch floor, that's hard to clean and repeats I can't stop noticing. Biggest disappointment ever.

Our flooring started to fade after…

Our flooring started to fade after around just 16 months, we brought it to there attention though it was after 2 years, but Invictus said there is nothing they can do and they would expect it to fade in sunshine which is normal. Would we buy again, probably not.

All I can say is don’t waste your…

All I can say is don’t waste your money! Scratch resistant from not even my finger nails let alone furniture . 6 weeks after installation the colour is not white anymore (obvious as I had to have some damaged tiles replaced) the 6 week old tiles can’t even be cleaned to the same colour again! Shocking just truly shocking. Heartbreaking really when Iv saved up for months to have new flooring

Shocking!!!!!!

I spent so long looking for a floor and saving up as it’s not easy getting your house done from top to bottom. I live at home with my 8 year old son and myself. I work full time and he’s at school all day. So basically never home! The floor has been down almost one year……worst mistake I ever made. The floor is covered and I mean covered in scratches. I have used felt pads on the bottom off ALL my furniture's since the floor was fitted! There is also 2 dents adjoining to my living room and hall, which the are visible dents! I spoke with Woolton carpets Liverpool who supplied an fitted the floor they sent someone out on Friday. It is now the following Tuesday the response came early this morning saying not under warranty as general wear and tear! Never in my life known nothing like it. Could totally understand if house was full everyday pets big family or whatever else but no house is spotless we are always out. Company is awful please look at alternatives because this is just not fair if you work hard for your money and want something that will last like you deserve of you paying out for so called ‘quality goods’

Invictus Carpet Review

Invictus Carpet Review purchased from St Thomas Road Carpets in Derby for lounge in December 2022. It went flat in 6 months and changed colour in 9 months. Tried claiming through warranty at 6 months and then again at 9 months and I have been ghosted from the outset through manufacturer, eventually retailer then claimed 20 year warranty has lapsed and I ought to have claimed within the first 6 months. At just over 2 years old, stains won’t come out despite professional cleaning with a new soft bristle cleaner. I’m removing the carpet and replacing with a more reputable manufacturer and retailer. Please see the photo for as new under sofa and the flat, stained colour change in front of the sofa. I would never buy this brand of carpet ever and could not recommend the manufacturer Associated Weavers to anyone either, you only have to search for them to see their reviews.

Love my new flooring

Love my new flooring, I went for the Devine Oak Cookie - it came at a fraction of the cost of some of the other products I had previously looked at, and the colour is understated and very beautiful. I've had so many compliments from visitors since I had it fit before Christmas!
