Non existent customer service. My details had been stolen on a cyber attack and I'm now getting spam calls and texts. Bargain fox said they would be in touch within 2 weeks with a full report and still nothing even though I've emailed them 3 times. Products also not as described.

Poor customer service. Returning an item feels like Mission Impossible, even when it isn’t as described or doesn’t meet expectations. The returns process should be much clearer and easier.

I have tried every way to contact them to make a return the order came in the week it’s still not on the order section this happened the other week I needed to return a broken item it didn’t come up, it has now as it’s now too late to return in a few days this returns order will be out of time as they won’t acknowledge receipt of emails or reply to emails

My experience with bargain fox is mainly positive although there have been times where the description has not matched item being sold
Some items arrive damaged due to poor packing
It can be difficult and stressful obtaining a refund for damaged or missing or incorrect listing description.
Customer service staff are efficient and helpful but the refund process could be better and makes the customer feel like they have to fight for their customer rights.

My experiences with Bargain Fox have been mixed. Yes there are great bargains to be had but there are also some pretty big minusses. Such as the descriptions are not always accurate and the written word doesn't always match the photo. I bought 2 different leather jackets, the photos showed black jackets. The descrition for one didn't mention colour at all the other said Papaya with no indication that was the colour. I assumed wrongly it was the brand. I ended up with 2 well made, bargain priced quality jackets that were an awful yellowy and peachy colour.....not black. Unfortuantely I had been called away on a family emergency when they arrived and missed the window of return; a charity did benefit though. I've had extendable curtain poles and a water flosser that have been cheap and brilliant. I've received an antler wreath that wasn't that cheap but was quite tacky that also went straight to the charity shop. Refunds are slow to come through but have arrived whether they were for the correct amount or not I don't know. I still use them but am wary of the process.

Avoid!! Delivery not arrived yet they take no responsibility for it. The phone number doesn’t work and they do not reply to emails. In my account it shows delivered but either it wasn’t sent or the delivery company kept it! Not received any of the items yet no refund nor contact from them. Lost all my money. DO NOT USE unless you want to throw away your money!!

I bought from them a pairs of tracksuit for me and was very big and I returned it. I still wait for my refund and is almost a month from my return. They are waiting almost from more then a week to be in touch from warehouse to get confirmation from my return which is not normal.

asked to cancel an order seconds after placing it and they wouldnt accept it then when trying to return the items i have had little to no updates from them and keep ignoring my emails and just say it isnt delivered when i have the tracking and it has been delivered. Also double charged me for one of the orders and are refusing to pay back

Unfortunately my parcel has not been delivered despite tracking showing delivered - photo of unidentifiable place. I contacted courier - Yodel twice who were no help. I then emailed Bargainfox yesterday they didn't reply to my email.

Love them- absolute bargains and have been great.
We have bought from them many many times 😊.
One parcel lost on route and they are dealt with it and kept me informed the whole time until it was found.
Can’t recommend them enough.

My order was delivered to the wrong building, no way to contact them, tracking number doesn’t bring to anything else than “completed” before probably 24hrs after leaving the box in the wrong building sebding me an enail telling me where they delivered it. Will have to try to locate it tomorrow, why us such a bad delivery service, especially as somebody was home all day + we have porters downstairs!

I've used them for multiple times and have never had a problem with them. Very cheap items and the quality is great. They are now my number online shopping centre before i check any other place. Initially, I was surprised about the review and it nearly put me off but I decided to try and I've never regreted. I think they deserve a plus 4review.

This company use a terrible courier (yodel) for delivery and when items are not received their customer service is by email only. They have no phone support. Having provided evidence from yodel that my parcel is lost they still have not refunded or sent a replacement. Avoid this company.

I purchased a Pelonis heater and it is amazing. It cost me £25, with delivery £31, the same price as the Russell Hobbs 5 fins heater which was not warming up my room. I wish I had known about Bargainfox sooner.

A great delivery from BargainFox. They use reliable Yodel for medium to large parcels. Prices, packaging and delivery times are good. And their Customer Service is great.

I have bought numerous items from Bargain Fox and have received a first service. Goods have been well packaged, and' with one exception deliveries has been prompt, the problem I had was the fault of Yodel. There are bargains to be had.

The issue that I have experienced: Ordered Size 9 ankle boots and received size 8 , contacted company a few minutes after seeing the order placed and was told it had been shipped.
As it is a wrong size I was told to refuse the delivery which was impossible as was at work and the delivery drivers just place the orders and disappear. Reported to customer services and finally they said I had to return at my cost and the issue was that size 9 was not available.
Basically it was impossible to but it in the first place
Will donate the item to charity

I came here to check if there were any reviews once I found the site as I could not believe the prices, thought it may be a scam. I placed an order for over £50 which got me free delivery. On Tuesday, I received a notification of despatch and a yodel tracking number which said it would be delivered by Thursday. On Wednesday I got a notification of the delivery window and on scrolling down on Yodel page was able to see where the driver was and how many deliveries before me. Arrived on time. All items ordered were in the box and in tact. I got some fantastic bargains, 3 sandals, 2 shoes, 1 pair water shoes, some christmas items, stationery, wall art decals, cushion covers, kids ski socks, leg warmers, merino wool ladies gloves for just over £50. All I can say is brilliant, cheaper than t e m u and no damaged items and they are really good quality items too. Will defo be back to check the site and see what else they have.

Hi, well what can I say about Bargain fox apart from they are one of the best small companies that I have bought stuff from in a long time. Their prices are amazing I have been shopping with this company since the start of 2025 and I think that I've saved a small fortune especially as I have just moved into a new flat every penny that I can save is put towards my rent. And because I keep going back to bargainfox for more items I've paid £9.99 for 12 Months postage rather than £4.99 a time it's well worth it. I haven't encountered one problem while I've been buying from bargainfox and when I did receive a broken item it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I give this company a 10/10 review for great prices, quick delivery and excellent goods.

Iordered numerous stuff last week ,sofa cover was grey ordered green ,ordered wine long stem ,sent me beer glasses ,got runaround sent numerous emails.answered me back .have tried to get order number no order , that’s funny bank recite they have the money ,never again stilladvertising the wine glasses and cover .asked for refund on the two items .not happening,
