I had bought a large case in March. On first use it was damaged beyond repair by the airline. I wanted to replace it as it was part of a set. Maria at the Chatham branch said it was out of stock and tried a few other stores without success. She said she would keep trying and 5 days later managed to locate one and called me to let me know. Great service

The 36” Cargo Back is what I needed
Having already purchased a 32” Cargo Bag a couple of years ago, I was very happy with my purchase, the delivery and the quality fir the price. And it’s still going strong!
As a result of my past experience, I purchased a lager 36” Cargo Bag for my needs. The online process was seamless, the size I needed, delivered on time, and the bag quality exceptional.

We visited Baggage World Glos Quays today. A lovely selection of cases &bags to suit every occasion. Lucy &Rachel served us, they were very helpful &friendly. Great brand and quality
This is my second suitcase of Eagle and I love it. It is a great brand and very good quality product. It keeps Ryainair expectations 40x30x20. It is more expensive than other suitcases, but it is worth it.
