Very quick response and delivery. Excellent quality of the item, just as described.
I'd give you five stars if there was a PayPal payment option, and if I could have had delivery from New Zealand rather than Germany (given that I was ordering from Australia and the beanie is made in NZ).
But overall I'm super happy with both the product and service.

Currently shipping is from Norway/Germany which is where the company is based and taxed, and where stock is held.
Totally agree that shipping to Australia is a little far and expensive - given the items are made in New Zealand - but glad to see the parcel arrived quickly with DHL Express :).
As we continue to grow our small business, we will consider registering the company in more territories, and hold more warehouse spaces.
