Great product and processes
Love the hiking boots I ordered, and appreciate how smooth the shipping and returns processes were as well (for another part of my order that didn't work out). I was kept very well informed about the progress of the order as it traveled to me and then back to Hardloop, and the refund was prompt once the return arrived.

I ordered the product on April 17th, they wrote that they would deliver it to me on April 23rd, now it’s April 29th and my backpack hasn’t been delivered yet, I have to go hiking in two days, I’m sitting here worrying about my order, it’s not a serious job at all
