I ordered three pairs of shorts, they didn't fit because of bad sizing guidelines. I sent all of them back in the same package, but they only reimbursed two pairs. I have been emailing them for weeks but no one is responding. Edit: after this review the refund was finally processed.

I will never order from them again. A simple return (they send me a front left brake instead of a right rear as stated in the products description) turned into several mails and a PayPal request to send back the paid amount, ridiculous service. Answers from CS are always „we will get back to you shortly…“ four weeks after the item was returned I still have not gotten my money back. Never again. Just refund me!

The products are good, no question about it. But customer service needs lots of improvements. Shipment was damaged, reached out to customer service which was initially great - integrated in the Customer account and very responsive. The moment we were moving on how we are going to solve it, they stopped responding. Even after friendly urgencies more than 2 weeks passed without an answer. Unless you buy something relatively cheap, I would not recommend the experience.

I had to report a technical defect in a product (Garmin Varia light) and after one month now still don't have any response. If I reply to the ticket I only get an automated response that I have to use the contact form. I will never buy there again.

I was redirected from ironman.com website to buy ironman branded products. It’s surprising that ironman doesn’t check the quality of this website as the most of the time i had « 404 page doesn’t exist » system communication. After couple of tries i’ve just given up.

Delivery was good, unfortunately it was the wrong product and when we sent it back (to France from Germany at our cost) as requested on the website it came back and we had to pay 10€ in addition. Of course no money back.

I had an Order was really fine. After a few weeks I had an quality issue with the Nike Shoe and they did it really nice and in time to get my warranty case done. Beautiful service. Great work. Thanks.

A simple question about shipment has so fare lasted 8 days to answer.. Arrogance? Or laziness..Fake shop or just very bad customerservice? I'm definitely not gonna buy anything in this shop

I will never use this company again. Wish I had gone to trustpilot first.

I almost didn't buy the shoes because of the bad reviews I read here but my experience has been very good. Lots of info, confirmation, shipping etc, super fast shipping and perfect product. I can't complain. I haven't returned it and I haven't contacted them directly so I can't speak about that.

I had doubts about buying from Alltricks.de because some reviews were bad. Half were very good, and half were bad, but I decided to try it, and everything was perfect. The item I bought was excellent, the delivery times until my city in Switzerland were amazing, and I highly recommend this site.

I ordered a helmet in the Alltricks store. After a week i got notified that my order willtake even longer since they don't have the helmet in store, but get from somewhere else. After another week they just canceled my order. When ordering the item was listed as in stock and there were no hint that they themselves need to get it from somewhere else.
All in all very disappointed and i will never order there again.

Delivery and shipping cost outsude germany could be cheaper

Ordered a pair of Nike trail shoes. They were way more expensive then on Nike but they had a paid express delivery option. I bought the overpriced shoes and paid for express shipping, only for them to not send it out for almost a week. I wrote to them saying if the order was late I would have to refuse it as I needed to train in the shoes before the race. They said that was fine, but for 3 weeks now have been instructing the delivery to partner to contact me to continue to attempt delivery. I don't have the shoes, I don't have a refund, and I don't have answers. Never again--stick to reputable websites, not shady 3rd party websites.

They charge 5Eur the return of the items. I have bought many times from them but once I have returned the watch, and they refunded me 5Euros less. Other than that, all is perfect. The delivery takes a bit longer that usual.

They shipped a faulty product without possibility for return from Switzerland. They fail to provide a refund in a timely fashion. Ordering from Alltricks is a gamble.

Customer service is nice, but they don't have the authority to anything. After multiple calls, Alltricks finally reacted (3 weeks after initial contact)
