Superb ring
It is a superb ring and I am very pleased with it. It satisfies my 70th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. My wife has also chosen a ring to commemorate both these occasions. Anybody who sees it thinks it is perfect for me.

All of our jewellery is carefully quality checked and securely packaged before dispatch, and there was no knot in the chain when it left us. Unfortunately, despite our packaging, necklaces can occasionally become tangled during transit.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered to carefully untangle the necklace and return it to you free of charge. We also provided a full refund to resolve the matter, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Ordered a ring as a birthday present, got a email from Miriam saying it wasn't in stock and would take 3 to 5 weeks to make would I like to proceed with the ring. 3 weeks later the ring arrived and was well worth the wait. I ordered a ruby and diamond ring…
I ordered a ruby and diamond ring costing about £2500 from All Diamond at the end of last year. The delivery was very delayed.
At first it looked beautiful but when seen under certain light it had what appeared to be scratches. I also had it assessed by a local jeweller who said he could not find a hallmark (a requirement in this country). It was returned and polished which made no difference so it was returned again and it was confirmed by the company itself! .. that it was "fractured inside" something I cannot reasonably be expected to accept responsibility for, with only careful occasional wear. I was offered a replacement ruby (as a good will gesture?) or refund. I foolishly accepted a replacement which took 7 1/2 weeks to be delivered! I (even more foolishly) assumed the 2nd ring would be acceptable but having only worn it 3 times (but sadly the 3rd time was weeks out of the 3 day return period) I noticed the 2nd ring had the same "scratched look" under the surface. I do not expect perfect for this price but under certain light the look is very poor.
The company have refused to refund now as outside of the 30 days, even though I waited for many months in total for delivery, redelivery and then a replacement ruby.
I am disappointed and angry at the quality and treatment after such delays. I have not given one star as "Miriam's " communication was excellent.
Maybe I have just been unlucky with my experience. I hope the company will reconsider their position in this case and reach out to refund. If so I will obviously update the review accordingly.

When you first contacted us regarding the appearance of the ruby, we took your concerns seriously and arranged for the ring to be returned for inspection. Although the ring was outside of our standard returns period, we supplied a replacement ruby ring as a gesture of goodwill to ensure you were satisfied with your purchase.
Natural gemstones can contain internal characteristics and inclusions, and whilst we are always happy to investigate any concerns, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee jewellery against accidental damage or issues that arise after wear. The replacement ring was thoroughly checked before dispatch and found to be in excellent condition.
We appreciate your kind comments regarding Miriam's communication throughout the process and are sorry that we have been unable to reach a resolution that meets your expectations.
