I wanted a diamond grinding tool with 6mm shaft to shape some rock ornaments. This one did the job perfectly, fitted the 6mm shaft on my straight grinder. The tool was easy enough to find and order, at a good price, and it arrived quickly.

My daughter bought me a power washer for my birthday when I was putting it together the accessories were missing i have emailed aims 7 times but still got no response the invoice number is 2120184 fao Mo Chehab unless I get the missing parts I can put it together please contact me at maurcthanks for all your help Maurice Coyle

If I could review lower than 1* I would. Purchased 2 tools from this site, 1 arrived completely bent and unusable, the other doesn’t even work.

Spent so much time emailing asking for return address but they do not give it, instead they have said sorry 3 times and then proceed not to reply for days until I email again. And then it just loops back to sorry for the inconvenience.

Had to dispute the purchase through the bank in the end to get my money back.

Would urge every one not to waste your time and money using this site.

Had some Katsu accessories for a Makita router off you and they were really good, in fact no different from Makita.
Was after a Log splitter, so thought I would give you a go, Best on price, Delivery was super quick, It works brilliantly, and I had a question which was answered quickly and solved my problem.
Will keep an eye on your product as really impressed with the service and quality.

Size of disc was spot on as advertised, The discs themselves were scratch free with no burrs, They were very soundly packaged with no chance of coming lose during transport. The price was good for the quality, From order to delivery, It was smooth and fast. If I need any more disks for a project I will certainly know the place to go.

Awful customer service! The sheet metal cutter arrived without a vital part, the connector that joins the handle to the blade. So it cannot be used.

Absolutely no customer support!! No answer on the phone number I found via yellow pages (as they don't have one on their website). All emails ignored.

I expect they are a drop shipper.

Avoid!!

First class support in connection with purchase of a garden pump. I buy a lot of products over a range of technologies and It's very rare these days to get any worthwhile advice from suppliers but Aim Tools is an outstanding exception. Their agent Katherine gave me prompt, clear accurate advice and even added possible gotchas. The product I orderd came well-packed and promptly. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought a dial caliper for general-purpose bench use in my workshop. I have a few digital calipers and mics in the lab, but they are not readily to hand. The AIM caliper fitted the bill perfectly, as did the price. The calipers were a bit stiff at first, but they eased off after a gentle clean and a few days use. Fast delivery and great service from AIM Tools - as always!

Good service and reasonable prices

I've purchased from Aimtools on several occasions and the tools have all been good quality and good value. This purchase was the Katsu Solder Station. This has features that you would usually find on a more expensive station and the build quality is very good. I'm really pleased with it.
