I am experiencing a severe data privacy…

I am experiencing a severe data privacy breach. I am logged into my account but seeing other users' private workflows, tasks, teams, and data. This is a cross-session cloud caching bug on Accio servers. Incognito mode does not fix it. I escalated this immediately via their help desk and recieved an email the following day saying " we don't understand what you're issue is". I then followed the link provided to get additional help. They are also not helping and saying I need to wait 1 - 3 business days. I asked them to please escalate this issue to their Security Operations Center (SOC) or Cloud Infrastructure Team under Data Privacy/Data Leakage regulations teams. I continue to get the same "I'll inform the team of this. Please wait 1 - 3 business days for assistance". This is a serious issue with no help being offered at all. I can't even cancel my account myself due to the issue at hand. Unacceptable and no one at Accio seems to want to assist or care about the data privacy breech.

I have had a bad experience with them

I have had a bad experience with them. When I chose the upgraded version I had issues. I was not able to print my logo for my business. This is the only reason why I purchased. Accio didn’t deliver what they promised, I was chatting with apparently someone probably a bot since they never answer emails nor have a contact number for your I speak to someone. I informed them of my printing issues due to them not sending it to me in a pdf file. No response. I’ve been reaching out, cancelling my subscription since March of 2026 and they still charging my card every month. This is a scam. Stay away. You don’t get what you’re promised on their site. I need my money back!!!

Repeated Cancellation Requests Ignored

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my Accio Pro subscription through Accio's own in-app/website cancellation form and by email. Accio has not responded to any of these requests. My account still shows Pro, and there is no clear confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled or that future billing has stopped.

I feel your pain on the UI feedback…

I feel your pain on the UI feedback loop. I’ve been experimenting with Accio Work for my e-com builds specifically because it’s an agentic platform that can actually navigate the browser to verify changes. Instead of just spitting out code and hoping it works, the agent interacts with the live Shopify environment to handle the store build, product images, and layout. It’s not a 'magic button' it’s definitely a token hog because of the constant browser based verification it’s doing in the background, and I still have to 'tidy up the edges' like you mentioned with Claude Code. But for closing that gap between 'completed task' and 'actually working UI,' it’s the closest thing I’ve found to a reliable agentic workflow. Definitely worth a look if you're tired of manual QA for every small UI tweak.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY FROM THE PAID PLANS......

I find the program fantastic. What is not fantastic is the customer service, nor the updating of my account after purchasing a subscription. It has been a week since I upgraded, I should have also got a free 1 week trial of the services available so I could cancel if I was not happy. My account was not upgraded and thus I was still only able to use the free features, not of the features I subscribed for. Furthermore, after booking the charges from my credit card and receiving a copy of the receiopt, I STILL DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY PLAN. I contacted customer support, no answer. I wrote an email, no answer. I used the stupid online AI Support. And I'm speechless - any question I asked got answered in the same way - UNBELIEVABLE.

ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING!!!! I cannot even cancel because according to my account details when I log in, I have no paid plan.

MY ADVICE - FIND ANOTHER PROGRAM. SO TYPICAL OF AMERICAN COMPANIES TO OFFER SO MUCH AND DELIVER SO LITTLE.

All instructions in Chinese

I cannot use this product as all the instructions are in Chinese. There is a small paper with pictures, and the parts seem to be identified—in Chinese. I have plugged it in, but can’t do anything more. A small green light comes on but nothing more.
Completely useless.
