Local Gp had no vacany
Hands down one of the best services I have ever used. The process of signing up was so easy and it was very explanatory with prompts.
I will definitely be using this in the future and have recommend it to multiple friends.

They are a terrible service
This truly is a scam of a service! They will take your money speak rudely over the phone (if you get your call and they’re not too busy waiting for their lunch break) I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy.

Wouldn’t recommend ever.
I waited extremely long to speak to one of the doctors available before waiting half an hour to see it was cancelled with no news other then that my money had been taken. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them, their sign up page is confusing, the doctors can be rude and there is absolutely no customer service besides an automated voice response when you call them that hangs up or leaves you on hold for hours or a AI chatbot that says they reply in less than an hour which couldn't be further from the truth. They finally left a message around 5-6 hours later that she had lost connection and are still wondering if we can get a refund as well as needing to go to a different clinic to find answers for what I was going through. I wouldn't recommend this service for anybody who wants to put their money to good use and to get proper answers. Take it from me, if you're able to, go to a clinic!

Needed a doctor today .......Living in regional Victoria its…
Living in regional Victoria its impossible to get a doctor within 3 weeks so I turned to abby health. It was simple to set up an account, answered some questions about my visit to a bot, then made an appointment within 40 minutes . A doctor called me on time and was very caring . The next day I received a text asking how my symptoms were and offering another consult if I needed one. I will definitely be using abby again

Why waste time in a waiting room for your name to be called up when you book in a call to see a doctor?
You choose to see the same doctor a new doctor or a nurse. You then have options when the call comes for the doctor to see you. It’s fantastic. More people should use this incredibly good system

Booked an appointment. Booking process was very easy and straightforward. had a nurse on the video call. During the call nurse provided advice and medical certificate. Everything went very smooth. it was fully bulk billed. No out of pocket cost. definitely recommend Abbey health.
