I recently ordered a highly specified P1600‑grade bespoke cue along with a hand‑made leather case from you at ABC Snooker, and the whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. You responded to every email promptly and kept me fully updated throughout the entire build, which I genuinely appreciated.

The craftsmanship is second to none. The cue is perfectly balanced, runs true, and the splicing on the butt is absolutely outstanding. Even the smallest details have been finished to perfection — right down to the screws on the name plate being aligned perfectly vertical, a level of precision and pride you rarely see. The leather case is equally impressive, beautifully made and clearly built to last.

The finished product is amazing, and it’s obvious that you take real pride in everything you are involved in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a cue in the future; ABC Snooker will be my first stop for anything pool or snooker related in the future.

Firstly let me mention what an amazing service I received from John and the team at abc snooker I was hesitant due to some bad reviews but wanted to make my own opinion as was not sure of the background and I am absolutely glad I did as the service I received was above 5 stars. I ordered 2x Peradon Cues on the premium side and were delivered by Peradon them selfs to save time, I was kept informed at all times, I even had change on my order which was honoured by the team absolutely awesome guys thanks so much we love the cues and will be shopping with you guys again. Anyone else thinking of buying cues this is the place to order great service!! Thanks to all the team see you guys again very soon!!

Many thanks to John who stayed in contact with me with excellent comms explaining where my cue was and what was happening. And the cue itself is marvelous. Overall, a great experience.

Ordered a cue
Took over 3 weeks to arrive
Very poor finishing on the cue
Only used it twice
Second time I used it the tip came off and 2 cracks appeared in the 'pure' ebony butt
Thought ebony was a hardwood
I am returning the cue for a refund
Will never purchase from this company again
I advise you not to use this company
Would have gave them nil stars if possible
I have sent numerous pictures of the faults in my cue (10 at least)
John keeps saying they are not in focus
There is a 14 returns policy but he refuses to provide the returns address
Been emailing and calling this company all day again
Sent more images of cracks in cue butt
Still no further forward
It is 2 full days of emails and calls and they have still not provided me with the return address
This is one of these worst customer services that I have ever dealt with
Don't know how they are still in business

Ordered a snooker caae was delivered quickly and in superb condtion, communication was greay only downside was getting a drlivery date off them. But product was still delivered in goodtime.
