Kind and caring personnel

Great and welcoming reception. Was met with a nice cup of coffee and chocolate, and whilst browsing some magazines, an elderly gentleman came in off the street complaining about his ears hurting and wanted to get them cleaned. The personnel was perplexed at first but quickly made him comfortable, cleaned them out, and he was quickly on his way again. No charge or anything. Not even an actual service they provide. Just kind friendly people.

Very professional and courteous.

Very professional and courteous.
My Danish is basic, and they patiently spoke slowly to me until I managed to understand. Then they swapped to English. I had many good insights during the visit, but I didn't need a hearing aid, so I can comment on anything related to that.
