After 2 months discussions with Octafx it's like nightmare...
After 2 months discussions with Octafx customer support service, I m going to review once again about Octafx that this time experience is very horrible, they don't allow to withdraw money because they told me continuously since more then 2 months that I send them all transactions to them which I deposited money from last 1 year. We all know that Octafx always send a new UPI details when we deposited money to them, so as a retailer I almost send them 4-5 times monthly deposited and withdrawals, but they don't send their UPI accounts details but they told me to find their UPI random accounts which always they send me, it's very difficult to remember because I think they almost provide me 50 plus UPI accounts in year, they don't agree to support in anything, it's our fault if I deposited money by UPI medium, It's my final decision that to work with Octafx is like loosing money because either they don't add money in the name of review or they don't give you withdrawals, so don't waste your time on Octafx, better find other broker of you especially work from India, I want to give minus -2 or -3 star if option available, thanks Trustpilot, please help you you can sort this issue from this so called Octafx.
