I matched with numerous men but very few replied to a message which makes me think they weren’t real profiles. From the ones who did respond to messages I’d say 90% wanted to have my number to talk outside of the app which I suspect were scammers and the remaining 10% just wanted an intimate relationship without putting in any effort to get to know me.

Awful experience in the last 2 mths! Numerous catfish, posing as someone their not! I would hazard a guess at Nigerians…. Why don’t the company do at minimum Google searches on these peoples photos? Complete con as you inadvertently end up signing up for a min of 6 mths at £17 per month, but then find out it’s FULL of scammers! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! TERRIBLE DATING SITE! DONT USE!!!!

Ourtime is not value for money.
I receive email notifications of people who have ‘liked’ my profile but when I log on to view these there is nothing listed in the Liked You page.
Thankfully I only subscribed for a month, I won’t be renewing

Don't matter how many times I swipe left, the people I swiped left keep coming back for me to swipe left.
Nobody ever sends a message even when I sent messages to them, I can't be that bad

All of the good looking women that I talk to were fake con artists I'm new to these dating sites and I didn't realize how fake they are and the people on them. If you click on somebody that is very attractive, chances are they are a fake

I have only been on there a couple weeks but what tends to happen is you receive interest in the form of a LIKE Ive had a fair few which i thought was positive at first.........however Im wondering if they are REAL because they don't come online to chat to me.........i dont know how we cant get to know each other if they don't chat!!!! Some live at the other end of the country also and that's never going to work (not for me anyway) They ask the distance in which you would like to find someone so what is the point when they live in Wales or Scotland and im in London!! I will leave as soon as my subscription ends but they never seem to tell you when that is!! or make it easy to leave. I wont try this site again.....Dating sites need to show more clarity and an easy way to leave the site without losing too much money...........They should not be able to state that its FREE TO JOIN when you have to PAY if you want to message anyone!!! Most dating sites are a scam...... Playing on lonely people that want to find love because they miss company..........if i could start one that was more fair...... I would!

£30 sub yet you have impossible restrictions, like you can't see a basic thing like who viewed you. RIP off.

I never subscribed to this service, but while I did subscribe briefly to Match.com this service started sending me duplicate emails and billing me £19.99 per month. Eventually I managed to get them to cancel my account and not take further payments I am still owed £19.99... it was exceptionally hard to get my bank to do anything as I couldn't show I had asked for repayment before cancelling the service. Of course as I didn't know I was on the service and also had NO contract to cancel so I was sent round and round in circles. OurTime is simply a SCAM

I think it’s gonna take an act of Congress to make this company to stop charging my credit cardI have unsubscribed I’ve deleted my account. I’ve tried to contact them. There’s no way to contact them. It’s impossible to get them to quit charging me money. Don’t go on this site. You’re gonna have to call your credit card and get them to discontinue these people taking money out of your account. It’s just absolutely abominable either that or I’m just gonna just have my credit card number It’s that bad.id like to give something positive which they could improve on, but for the life of me, this is one of the first times I’m unable to do so.

Customer service repeat the mantra that they try to prevent scammers. Pleasant but an ineffective company, only after profit and do not care about the impact it has dealing with usually time wasters. In fact you have to be savy and look after yourself as there are so many. 2 scammers were confirmed and I think I actually had 5 in total in one week! That does not reflect well on the company and is draining and miserable for us to deal with. You rarely get to chat or meet your 'type'.
Then there is the question of men who try to pose in pictures wearing as little as possible, or with a large fish - how macho, not. Few read your profile, you get likes, from people involved in activities you dislike, or are hundreds of miles away or even another country! Am I cynical, I try not to be, but this is my experience.

It started off really well, I uploaded photos took my time with a bio and then got online once I paid my subscription. It’s now 5 months and I’ve got nowhere. Despite sending likes, super likes and messages aplenty I received only one reply to say no thank you. The amount of fake profiles have increased exponentially since I started and in the end I was blocking more profiles than I was viewing! I think the idea of our time is great but the functionality is flawed. I have wasted my time and money on this site and it’s a shame as they should’ve worked harder in ensuring it worked properly. I’ve deleted my profile and cancelled my subscription.

Total waste of money, Muslims disguised as women, all want to take money from you, absolutely shit

Too many fake profiles, so many scammers out there! The site needs to up its security and verification strategies. Also very expensive for limited functionality. Avoid.

I recently communicated with a Verified profile on OurTime, After an extensive conversation, we moved to texting. I later became concerned about inconsistencies, and I tried to verify the person's identity. The profile subsequently disappeared. saved screenshots and messages and attempted to contact OurTime to report my concerns but was unable to reach anyone by phone and have not yet gotten a response from a written request.

I would urge users to be very cautious about sharing personal information and to verify someone independently before any conversations off the app.

I had other issues with this app as well - they removed pictures from my I am writing to report a profile that I now suspect to be fraudulent. The person used the name Luke Etermad and the phone number 442-315-7815. After much conversing, we moved from the app to texting, and his profile then disappeared. I saved screenshots of his photo, his profile, and copies of our text messages. Can you locate his account and call me at (805) 551-3737 because I am concerned of my safety?

I also have problems with this app - OurTime deleting my photos from profile, saying it was a copyright when it was not, and I was offered a 50% discount for a paid membership, but I only received a 25% discount.

A dishonest site; I subscribed for a month, and cancelled in December. Yet, here in August, my profile is still up, and I receive "views and messages: from subscribers who are conned into believing I am still active on the site. AVOID, UNLESS YOU WISH TO WATE MONEY.

I don’t want to even give it one star, but that’s the only option!! Avoid.

Every profile that I engaged in was fake, which means it wasn’t the person that was represented .. I received numerous emails apologizing for other fake profiles… I asked for a refund and did not receive one beware of anybody on that site at giving you their number outside of the site.. once you expose them you never hear from anybody again

I would give this company zero stars if Trustpilot allowed it, but unfortunately one star is the lowest rating available.
I paid £119.99 for a six-month Premium subscription, only for my account to be suspended after about one month without warning, without evidence, and without any proper explanation.
Customer service was dismissive and relied on template responses that completely failed to address the issue. Despite repeated attempts to obtain a clear explanation, OurTime refused to justify why my paid account had been suspended or provide any meaningful review of its decision.
In my opinion, accepting payment and then denying access to a paid service without transparency or procedural fairness is completely unacceptable.
I have now been forced to issue a Letter Before Action and will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies if this matter is not resolved.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a paid subscription to think very carefully before handing over their money.

I forgot my password and try to change it by following their instructions. I received a message that a link was sent to my email to reset a new password. I never received any link. I searched my Spams but nothing. I contacted them again and explained the situation. I immediately received an email asking me to do the same things I did. Mu other attempts to resolve the issue remain unattended. No reply from them since. My profile remains there but I cannot access it even to cancel my picture. I’m so confused and frustrated

My experience was paying £40+ for a bunch of scammers trying to rip me off around 7 first they get you off dating site onto WhatsApp for instance you will normally get a reply and chat at odd hours. Next they will chat build trust glean any information they can. Then whammo they try to get you to send cash for xy or z reason. Do an image search on their profile picture ask for a telephone or video chat more than likely they will want to get to know you better but still expect you to send cash if I can see the red flags I'm sure the companies running the site could. Oh and they might have a business WhatsApp account. Use sites like these at your own risk
