Delivery took way too long like a month and I never got the package nor notification on the progress then the package was returned after a while. Very poor service

Delivery 3-4 months
The furniture is good and beautiful, but the waiting time grew from 3–4 weeks to more than 4 months, which is insane. Also, customer support gives general AI-generated answers and does not provide any specific dates or timelines for delivery. So waiting for my furniture, and no one knows when I will get it.

Useful and effective pan
I have been looking for a good iron pan and Nordic Nest had a good collection and the size 23cm that I was looking for.
The product quality is good and am happy with the purchase. I have been using it daily.
The packaging was very good and pickup easy.

You are asking me for a rating when you haven’t even shiped my order from 25/05, today we are 23/06. This is unusual and my ratingcould have been better i had received at least a comm from you with info about the delivery delay. Keeping the customer inthe dark with particularly long delivery times cannot have a good outcome.
