Update💪: Below you can see Newpharma’s response to my complaint. Same copy-paste reply they give to everyone. Not a single word addressing what actually happened. Says it all, really.
Eight days to deliver medication and medical products from the Netherlands to Belgium, and the package still hasn’t arrived! And I actually paid for this delivery!
I chose a pickup point in Antwerp to make things quicker. Big mistake. Mondial Relay marked my package as arrived on Friday evening, but it wasn’t there. I went to the pickup point TWICE, only to be told that Mondial Relay apparently updates the tracking in the evening before the packages have even physically arrived.
What kind of bullshit delivery service is this?
I’ve had packages from Temu, shipped all the way from China, arrive faster than this only from Netherlands.
You can buy the same products for practically the same price from plenty of other online pharmacies, with delivery often the very next day.
Newpharma, never again. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Very bad support
Do not fall for their promotions. Newpharma advertises "1+1 free" offers on their site, but they do not honor them when you place an order.
When I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue and get the second item promised in the deal, they completely refused to help or take responsibility for their misleading offer.
This is dishonest marketing and terrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and buy your pharmacy items somewhere else that actually respects their own deals.

Potentially fake products
I have used solgar vitamins for 20 years and the magnesium that I received from you was not solgar packaging. First solgars bottle sealers have a clear film to pull when opening a bottle which you was the kind of treating from the bottle. Secondly all solgar vitamins have a Cotton inside them when you open.
Im really concerned that you’re selling fake products. My trust in you is compromised.
I opened my bottle of magnesium today!

Worst support and service ever
Ordered after checking reviews but I think most of the positive reviews are fake. Its been over 10 day and my order still not delivered. If i contactthem, they just send an automated reply everytime to wait 2 days. Worst support ever.

There is absolutely no courtesy toward the customer.
When I asked when the goods would be delivered, the support team replied, “We don’t know,” and simply sent me the invoice number, which contained no delivery information at all. When I then asked how long it would take for the money to be returned to my bank account after I sent the goods back, they again said, “I don’t know, you have to wait until the parcel is returned to us.”
Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, they kept responding like this. It’s completely unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. There is absolutely no courtesy toward the customer.
