I ordered a sign on 25th June no sign cant get a response surely these people should be stopped pure theft. SCAM

Scam company, will take your money and disappear

This is a scam, I lost money through this. Once they take your money, that’s the last you will hear from them. They have a fake customer support email which in non functional. If you want plaques find onother supplier. Mrplaques is a scammer

Feels like a scam company placed a order nearly a month ago and still not received anything ???

Bought some items now website not working landline and mobile not working order not received

I made a purchase my money was taken from my account straight away. Two weeks later I still haven’t received my purchase. I have emailed 4 times. Tried to ring the telephone number on the web site. My call is cut off. Definitely feel
Like I have been scammed.

i ordered sign and it never came i then emailed they said it must have got lost in transit and that they would send replacement and guess what no replacement , no numbers work emails are not being responded too and just googled mr plaques to find his trying to dissolve money. feel like this company has scammed me, now got to find out whether klarna or my bank can help

My order was wrong had the wrong address and are not putting right or giving a refund

Terrible company. I ordered a sign and when it came although the light works it doesn't show the number for people to see. After a few emails and phone calls they promised to send me a new one which has never arrived and now they aren't replying.

Ordered a plaque ,when it came it looked decent but when you attached the light it fell off straight away
In addition it was completely black so therefore was difficult to see
When I spoke to them they agreed to supply a replacement with different colored lettering I.e silver,gold or white
I agreed with this and they said that they would dispatch it immediately
That must have been at least 6 weeks ago
It has not been received ,I have constantly chased them and received the same reply,it’s on its way!!! They have now stopped all correspondence with me and I still don’t have the replacement
Beware when buying from this company
