Used you guys for many years.

Used you guys for many years.
Great to deal with and very efficient.
However, I have had a brushless motor on order for weeks now without any feedback as to the delay with the item.
I dont mind waiting a couple of weeks but it is the lack of feedback as to where the item is or why it is so late.
Sorry guys but would like to be kept in touch with especially given the orders I have given you over the years.

Excellent company

Customer service, communication and packaging were all excellent. I received courteous, helpful advice both on the phone and via email, all of which they responded to very promptly. My items were packaged very securely which meant that they survived the rigours of posting and arrived undamaged. I recommend this company very highly and won't hesitate to use them again.
