Beware of import duties/tax!
The photo album is beautiful and printing is great however I have to give a low rating because I've had to spend so much time contacting Fedex about import duties to the UK. I followed the instructions to dispute on the Milkbook's site however you need an invoice number to do this. I only received the invoice almost a month after being notified of the charge and you can't dispute if it's more than 30 days, see the problem? I sent a support request to Fedex early on with a fake invoice number but I'm still dealing with it now and I ordered well over a month ago. I suspect Milkbooks added the wrong duties/tax code to it meaning that it's now on me.

Unfortunately, we have no control over what import duties or taxes are charged to you on delivery in your country.
However, we don't normally see our UK orders having custom charges as photo books in the UK qualify to be zero-rated. This is the usual experience when sending books to the UK. We can see that your product was declared correctly as 'Hardcover Book' on the commercial invoice.

Was so happy when I received my book. Looking through the book you can tell how high the quality is. I loved how easy the process was to make the book and there’s so many different options and styles. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Disappointing experience with MILK…
I spent hours creating a 120-page wedding album, only to discover after ordering that eight pages were corrupted and my completed project was no longer recoverable due to technical issues with MILK’s software.
I had to recreate the entire album from scratch, which took many additional hours.
Customer service was polite and offered a 30% discount as a “goodwill gesture.” However, my original order already had a 30% discount, so this simply restored the price I had initially paid, without any actual compensation for the inconvenience.
When I questioned this, MILK maintained that the discount was intended to help with reordering — something I wouldn’t have needed to do if their software had worked.
For a premium wedding album provider, I expected much better reliability and customer care.

The paper choice is beautiful
The paper choice is beautiful, the quality of the photos look exactly (if not better ) than the digital files. Packaging is well thought out. It's a beautiful piece to have on our coffee table for years to come

Wedding Album 2026
Everything was easy to do and explained very well . Customer service and extra help for guides on how to set your photos out were easy to access. Delivery arrived on time and well packaged so the book couldn’t be damaged in transit. We now have a wedding album that will last us a lifetime. The quality of the album along with the photos is 5 stars. Everyone who has seen our book has commented on the quality and how professional it is . We will definitely order another book after we’ve had our honeymoon next year.

Beautiful quality!
We absolutely love our book! The quality is fantastic - thick, cardboard-like pages, extremely clear, true-to-color images, great cover. However, I did not find the website extremely user-friendly. I thought the process was a bit challenging. Also, not everything was able to be edited. We were not able to do the cover we wanted because our name was too long - there were limited choices for fonts and font sizes.
