very poor quality, 4 colors option only

I have created over 12 books with Mixbook. Program easy to learn and use. I love to be able to rearrange photos, and swap pages and photos.

I have made 25+ photo books on Mixbook over some time….I have always appreciated the consistency of their customer service, the quality of the paper and binding and the clarity of photos. It is a user friendly platform with many choices in layouts, backgrounds and text additions. My family often mentions these books are gifts they look for at Christmas as well as birthdays and vacations!

Beautiful end result. Very happy! The process could be improved by providing more layout options.

I have made multiple books with Mixbook. I really like the ability and freedom to create my own style with text, photos, and page colors. I also make calendars every year and they turn out lively and professional looking

I've been creating books with Mixbook for 14 years, with more in the works, and there's a reason I continue... the creating format is very user-friendly, the finished product looks amazing, the quality is top-notch, there is always someone there to assist if needed, and the delivery is speedy.

I have ordered 5 photo books from Mixbook, and each one has come out better than I imagined.
The website is super easy to use, and it has an auto-fill feature where you tell it what's going on in the photos you've uploaded, and it spits out a gorgeous book. All you have to do is review the photos, add in some text if you want, and send it for printing. I used this for a friend, and she was impressed - she's a Type A personality, so we changed something on every page, but it was never the photos.
I've also done 3 books from scratch, and it only took 1 week to finish. I could only work on it after work, and I was being super picky with the photo layout. I got it done, and the family loved it. The last book I did took 4 hours, but it was my parents' trip to Vatican City, and there were 400 photos. The Auto-Save saved me a few times. But the 200-page book is GLORIOUS and can only be beaten by being there live.

I haven’t received my print yet, but I want to give their customer service team all the recognition. My package was lost by the courier company, and when I reached out to them for help, they were attentive, quick, and offered a free reprint, plus a refund of my shipping expenses. No questions asked. I was so disappointed that I did not get my print on time because it was a really important gift, but the way they handled the situation made me feel better and will definitely continue doing my projects with them. I wish other companies had the same customer service standards.

A special thank you to the Mixbook customer service team and in particular Tylee Backs, Customer Service Manager who continually goes above and beyond to assist with all matter big or small. I have been dealing with an issue for months, and although it had taken this long to resolve, Tylee maintained great contact and communication, remained respectful in our conversations and ultimatley found a resolution which worked well for me. Thank you Tylee and the rest of the Mixbook team for always providing exceptional customer service. You cannot go wrong with this company, They will also find a way to help you!!

This is the second time I have ordered from Mixbooks and when received am always blown away with how beautiful they turn out!! The people I gift them to LOVE them as well, they make awesome keepsakes. This last time there was an issue where one of the pages come together in each book and when sent pics of it the company immediately sent replacements - no questions asked. So not only are the quality of the books amazing, so is their customer service!

Really great experience building the book for my Mums 70th. Spent HOURS working on the 420 photos of her life. It arrived in time for the big day, everyone wrote in it and it was very special.
However the next day, multiple pages were coming loose and the spine had detached from the cover. Mixbook did replace it for free but it was sent by standard mail (8 days and counting) which meant the book wasn’t available when my mum wanted to show more family.

It’s very disappointing and upsetting when you put trust in a company to deliver a product that is so meaningful.

Let’s hope the new one makes it to the end of the year.
