I bought a new Orbea wild emtb recently and the experience could not have been better the communication was best I’ve ever had even giving you a date you will get ur next update posted bike to Northern Ireland with no problems (some of you will be aware how hard this can be ) bike turned up in 3 days with tracking bike was well packed and set up ready to go just front wheel and handle bars to fit would definitely recommend MTB Monster thanks for the great service

Would not recommend this company at all!
Bought Marin Rift for my son for Christmas and on it's first use on Boxing Day, the dropper seat cable snapped. So lost a full uplift day of riding up Bike Park Wales. In fairness the company are good with contact and offered to send me out the parts for me to fit myself, I'm ok with bikes but not a qualified bike mechanic. I did ask should I send it to a LBS and they said no and sent me the instructions of how to try and feed a cable through the frame and try and fit the barrel to the bottom of the post. This job was very tedious and solid, it took me hours to complete. I thought it was done, but no, the fault was still there. My son lost interest in the bike, it was his second bike so he lost all looks on it and left it, we have had a million and 1 things going until recently when we tried contacting MTB Monster again to ask what warranty was on the bike and parts and if we could get a LBS to look at it, again they refused. They wanted me to pay £75 to send it back to them. Reimbursed if there was a fault with the parts, they would never admit to that I know.. So I ended up paying to get a new cable fitted and it re-tensioned and some other bits, they charged me £40. I asked if they would consider helping towards that cost and the answer, as usual was NO!
I would never use them again. There are plenty of bike shops in the UK that care more about their customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are disappointed to read this, as we feel it does not reflect the support we offered or the full timeline of events.
You first contacted us in early January regarding the dropper post. We responded on the next working day, requested the relevant details, and sent the appropriate replacement part and instructions. You subsequently confirmed that the issue had been sorted.
We then heard nothing further until August, approximately seven months later. You advised that the bike had not been ridden since January. We asked for further details so we could assist, but after more than a week were told that the bike had already been worked on locally and you were still not happy with it.
You later asked us to reimburse further work carried out elsewhere. As this work had been completed without prior agreement or authorisation, we explained that we could not retrospectively approve and reimburse the invoice. This is not a refusal to provide warranty support; we simply need the opportunity to assess and authorise warranty repairs before costs are incurred.
We also attempted to discuss the matter with you directly and offered a goodwill contribution towards the cost, despite the work having been arranged independently. Unfortunately, we received no response.
We are therefore disappointed that the review gives the impression that we simply refused to help. Our technical team provided prompt and supportive assistance in line with our warranty procedure, and our original correspondence appeared to be well received, with you confirming at the time that the issue had been resolved.
Looking at the experience as a whole, we are confident that we have dealt with you fairly and reasonably throughout and have made every effort to assist and resolve the matter.

I bought an EMTB in November, by June it had 4 warranty claims including 2 new motors
The last motor started to show the same issues as the others so I decided enough was enough and asked for my money back via consumer protection.
They refused, saying I had had it repaired at another dealer of the same bike, which they agreed to.
So happy to take my money but not refund it when the goods are not fit for purpose

We're sorry to read that you're disappointed with your experience.
When you first contacted us regarding an issue with the motor (April 26), we offered to have it returned to us for inspection. You instead chose to have the bike repaired by another authorised Trek dealer under the manufacturer's warranty, and those repairs were carried out without the bike returning to us. All costs have been covered by Trek to date.
It was only when you contacted us by letter (July 26) that we became aware of your concerns regarding the number of warranty repairs that have since been undertaken. We responded as soon as your letter arrived to acknowledge receipt and then again within hours, setting out the next steps so that we could begin investigating the matter without delay.
We fully appreciate how frustrating repeated faults can be. However, we do not believe it is reasonable to expect us to authorise a refund for a £3,250 bike without first giving us the opportunity to inspect it. As the supplying retailer, we have a responsibility to assess the bike's current condition and determine the appropriate course of action. To date, all warranty work has been carried out by another authorised Trek dealer, meaning we have not had the opportunity to examine the bike ourselves or review the history of the reported faults. Trek has supported those warranty claims throughout and is also involved in reviewing the matter.
Our priority is to reach a fair and appropriate resolution as quickly as possible. We have not delayed this process; in fact, we responded on the day your request was received and immediately set out a clear path towards resolving your concerns. We remain committed to working with you and hope you will allow us the opportunity to inspect the bike so that we can bring this matter to a proper conclusion.
As this matter is still ongoing, we respectfully ask that you consider removing this review until the investigation has been completed. Your review states that we have refused to refund the bike, whereas our position has been that we cannot make a decision on your request until we have had the opportunity to inspect the bike. We remain committed to resolving this matter fairly and promptly and would welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service and support we provide. Our reputation is extremely important to us, and we hope you will allow this process to conclude before reaching a final view of the service you have received.

Great service, great price, would definitely use again
I recently ordered a new eMTB from MTB Monster and I was a little sceptical but after seeing the reviews on trust pilot I took the plunge. And it was a great experience!!! Excellent service, great customer support and the communication from MTB Monster was a great, I was kept in the loop through out the process. I paid the extra to have the delivery the next day and the bike was sent through DPD.
It arrived on time and very neatly packaged 📦 all the paperwork and sign off sheets were included, and all I had to do was unpack the bike put the handle bars on and the pedals and once the bike was charged I was free to cycle.
Absolutely love the bike, great price, great service with excellent communication even after calling on two occasions my questions were answered.
Would I buy a bike agsin from MTB Monster of course ! I ordered a bike from Giant for my Wife which she is still waiting for wished Id have bought hers on this site.

2nd time buying, MTB & now EMTB
This is the second bike I’ve bought from MTB Monster, and once again, they’ve been brilliant. Thankfully, there was much less of a wait this time around! The team is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping you fully updated as the bike arrives, gets inspected, and is prepared for delivery.
On my first bike, they organized the Invisiframe perfectly by sending it directly to the template crew, and this time, they installed it flawlessly themselves. They really do bend over backwards to help out, even sourcing rare items last minute, like the Avinox 12v charger, and adding on extras without any fuss.
The bike arrived incredibly well packaged, scratch free and gleaming, ready to be built up and tinkered with. To top it off, it was the best price I could find online. Cheers to the team for another seamless purchase. The bike is bloody cracking btw, I can't wait to get out and abuse it properly!

First off MTB Monster were offering an unbeatable price on one of their Cube eMTB's. Communication on the purchase and delivery process was excellent.
