One star is too much, took my money never sent me my necklace. I kept emailing asking where it was, when I could expect it and initially received responses apologising for the delays and offering me timelines which all ultimately failed. I asked whether the company would have the decency to proactively write to me telling me if failing deadlines before they fell behind and I had to come asking which Anne said she would. Anne never did the ETA again passed with no necklace and now Anne doesn’t respond to me yet if I write with another email address she does at first until she realises it’s me then goes to ground. A company whose customer service is just someone called Anne who doesn’t respond to you if she doesn’t want to is a joke. AVOID they are basically thieves.

Still waiting to hear from the company after they returned my broken bracelet unrepaired........

Customer service is terrible and the lifetime guarantee is a joke!

Beautiful bracelet and wonderful branding. Sadly, broken clasp within months.

Bracelet sent for repair (lifetime warranty an extra cost of £30). We waited four months for it to be returned still broken.

Customer service poor. Had to chase seval times for a response which came back as 'supplier issues' 'technical issues'.

This company is not all it appears to be. Do your homework. I wish we had earlier.

I ordered a ring April 17. The expected delivery date was early June. To date (late August) the ring isn’t even manufactured. I’ve emailed them numerous times and they keep saying they have “internal quality challenges.”

Ordered item 3 months ago !!!! Haven't received them yet. No updates from them regarding the delay. Rubbish customer service.

UPDATE- despite several emails, trying to get in touch via their Instagram account and phone number (from website), there was no response at all. Zero communication and accountability.
On positive note, because I used Klarna app, I was able to get refund back...

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 7879.

I placed Order #4711 in May 2026, and after a long delay, I was told that if I wanted my money back, I should contact my bank. I followed their instructions and contacted my bank, but the bank confirmed that they cannot do anything about the transaction.

I then went back to 7879 asking them to resolve the issue and refund my money. Since then, I have received no proper solution, and my latest email has gone unanswered.

At this point, I have neither received my order nor received my money back.

What disappoints me most is the lack of communication and accountability. When a customer has been waiting for months, the minimum expectation is a clear update and a proper solution—not being redirected to their bank and then ignored.

I am sharing this review based entirely on my personal experience. I will update this review if 7879 finally resolves the matter and refunds my money.

I was happy to found a website that has plt jewelry, but it looks like they just jacked my pure platinum necklace. My clasp spring stopped working! I asked them if they could repair and sent in the repair fee. Sadly, they have my necklace for repair and aren’t responding to my emails it’s been more than 3 months they are trying to repair it, and waiting for clasp part they said… I also purchased a platinum bracelet which the clasp bent! How can platinum clasp bent so easily like 24k gold?

I ordered more than $17,000 worth of jewelry from this company. Over the course of nine weeks, I repeatedly had to contact them just to get updates on my order. Despite numerous follow-ups, they never delivered the merchandise and ultimately admitted they have no idea where my order is.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for an order of this size. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that handles customers and high-value orders this way.

I bought a gold chain from 7879 which unfortunately broke after I had been wearing it for a while. I returned the chain to them for repair, expecting the issue to be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Almost THREE MONTHS later, I am still without my chain.

After repeatedly waiting for updates and being told about delays, I eventually asked them to forget about the repair and simply return my chain to me. Shockingly, I have now been told that they are unable to return it because of “technical updates affecting their repair and logistics processes.”

I find it extremely concerning that a company can have a customer's valuable gold jewellery in its possession for approximately three months and, even after the customer specifically requests their property back, still cannot provide a firm date for its return.

I have been patient throughout this process, but three months without my chain, no confirmed despatch date, and no clear timeline for when I will actually receive my property back is unacceptable.

At this point, I am not even asking them to complete the repair. I simply want my gold chain returned to me.

I will update this review if and when 7879 returns my chain and resolves the situation.

I bought three products, one for myself and two as christmas gifts at a fairly decent price. Within less than six months, all three have now broken. Two broke while in use and are now lost. I am extremely disappointed in these products.

Never received my order, I chased and got promised a refund plus compensation, I received neither. Finally I contacted my bank, who gave me my money back. If zero stars where available, this would have been my choice.

I cannot recommend 7879 based on my experience.

I ordered a 24k gold pendant and paid in full, but after months of delays and changing timelines, the item was never shipped. Communication was polite, but I repeatedly received revised estimates instead of a clear, reliable delivery date.

After waiting for months (ordered in March 2026, cancelled in July 2026), I was offered the opportunity to switch to an item that was in stock. However, the available alternatives were approximately twice the price of my original purchase. After such a long wait, being presented with significantly more expensive options was frustrating and left me feeling as though there was no reasonable substitute for what I had originally ordered.

When I finally decided to cancel my order, I expected the company to process a refund directly. Instead, I was instructed to file a chargeback with my credit card company so they could cancel the order. Thankfully, my bank resolved the matter and refunded my purchase, but I should never have had to involve my bank to receive a refund for an item that was never delivered.

The jewelry designs are beautiful, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope the company improves its inventory management, sets more realistic expectations for product availability, and handles refunds directly when orders cannot be fulfilled.

The customer service is amazing, very fast responses and the product we received were really good. I would highly recommend 7879

I’d really like to purchase a ring, but the website is really painful. Chat function doesn’t work, filters are terrible. Particularly OOS filter and sizing.
Once the OOS CTA appears, it won’t disappear! Just a poor experience.
