Bought a Gutschein and received per…
Bought a Gutschein and received per post instead of an email (although selected email when buying). I resigned from the contract in a timely manner - no confirmation, no money back. After no contact for over a week, I decided to at least use the gutschein and buy something, but the website is down so no one can make a use of the Einlosung function hahahaha. Someone should report it to the police in Germany because this is shady and illegal.

Activation problem in Jack and Jones. R015 error.
I ordered voucher for Jack and Jones. When I try to activate the pdf containing codenumber and pin, it shows R015 error. I mailed them multiple times, but no response (only autogenerated email). I faced the problem since 21.01.2026.

Horrible service
Horrible service.
I used my card to get an Amazon Card but they failed to send me an email with the vouchers, total lost 100€. I cannot recommend.
Customer service is unexistant, almost a Joke. Pity that respectable companies like Billa, Spar and main chains in Austria collaborate with such a company.
Cannot recommend, ever.
