Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry you've had to wait.
The problem you've run into is isolated to one specific product, the Amazon Germany voucher where our supplier's automated delivery is currently failing. It isn't affecting the rest of our catalogue, and we're working with them to get it fixed at source.
On your previous order we completed it manually and upgraded your card from €5 to €10 at our own cost as an apology for the delay

Very bad costumer support
Very bad costumer support. I bought 250€ of gift cards and it didnt arrived automatically, so after 30min i reached out to the support and they said it will invastigated now and i get the cards asap. I waited 2 hours still no cards and i need to do my grocerys so i asked for a cancelation and bought the cards on a other site. I dont get a answer on my cancelation instead 7h later they sending me the cards so it can't be refunded anymore.
So if you need your giftcards asap i wouldn't recommend this site use site like bitre**** instead

Game changer
