I ordered 4 bottles of Thelma a really nice Cabernet Savignon from Stellenbosch, South Africa from them. Why 4 and not 6 I hear you ask, because at the time of my ordering they only had 4 in stock.
A day after I ordered, I received a phone call from Winoship saying they were just packing my order and wondered if I would like to buy an extra 2 to fill the box at a discount. I was over the moon as I had wanted to purchase 6 anyway! Unfortunately the website had indicated, at order time, they only had 4, hence my order for only 4. I explained this to them and they told me that they had received a new batch this morning!
The case of wine turned up the next day! This company really does go the extra mile in terms of personal service!

Goto for South African Wines
Range of wines is very good which perhaps makes it slightly more expensive than the cheapest I could find, good descritpions with the wines and excellent for South African Wines. Web site for purchase not the best but easily managed. Delivery dates weren't available at time of purchase

Great wines, exceptional service
A wonderful selection of wines at very competitive pricing. SA selection, in particular, is broad and impressive in quality.
Due to a tight delivery turnaround required, caused by work travel and a few stock issues, I needed to chase the order status. Response to contact (via WhatsApp, phone, and email) was near instant, personal, and informative. Truly, best customer experience I've had in a long time.
