Been using for 4 months for both me and my partner, no baby as of yet but unfortunately every single delivery has been an issue.
Either saying card details are wrong (they aren’t - have to re-enter every time which isn’t great for an ‘easy’ subscription service) or it’s not delivered within us running out of the supplements.
Because of issues we have had missed taking the supplements for 4-5 days each month for now 4 months.

No way of fixing these issues either.

Even though I like the product idea the lack of seamlessness with a £60+ product will make me stop the service and going else where.

I started taking Wild Nutrition before pregnancy after a recommendation from a friend. I was really lucky to fall pregnant quickly, and the team were great at switching my subscription from the Fertility Support to the Pregnancy Support when I needed it.

I'm very aware that, as women, and especially during pregnancy, there are so many factors that can affect how you feel, so it's impossible to say what impact any one thing has had. That said, I've been really fortunate to have had a smooth pregnancy. My energy levels have stayed largely intact, I haven't had any deficiencies in my blood tests, and overall I've felt really well.

I like to think the Wild Nutrition supplements have played a part in supporting that, alongside everything else. I'm now about to pop and will definitely be continuing with the supplements postpartum, particularly as I'm planning to breastfeed.

I purchased collagen on offer, I’ve not tried it before so hoping I’ll see some benefit over time. I can taste it in water but it’s not an overly strong taste, I’ll cope if it benefits me. I’ve just got to remember to take it! 🫣

Wild nutrition is well thought out company that has the customers best interests as their number 1 goal. The website is extremely easy to navigate. Their products are top notch and subscription service works a treat as well as helping you save a bit of money at the same time the item i bought works really well. Ive tried other brands but Wild Nutrition comes out on top. So well done. I would definitely recommend. Yes they might be a little dear but you can save using their subscription service.

Always arrives in good time, and extremely well packaged. I could start telling a difference pretty much straight away with my hair. Now I've been using it for a good few months I can see a massive difference in the thickness of my hair and it looks so much healthier. My nails have now improved, a lot. I liked the product itself, however I’m really disappointed with the customer service.

After I clicked to purchase the product, the order showed as “not found.” I believe this was a system error. I did not receive any confirmation email or any indication that the order had gone through, so I purchased it again.

The confirmation email only arrived once at the time, so I assumed I had only purchased one item. However, when I woke up, a second confirmation email came through at 5am showing that I had been charged twice.

I immediately contacted customer service and explained that it appeared to be a website error and that I wanted to cancel the duplicate order. However, I was told that it had already been dispatched and that they could not do anything.

It has now been 6 days since I placed the order, and it still hasn’t even arrived.

I emailed again regarding the delay and explained that I would never have purchased two items if it wasn’t for their website error. Their response was:

“We’re generally unable to accept returns on subscription items; however, on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill, we can accept your return. Returns must be made at your own cost.”

At my own cost? Seriously? Due to a system error on their website, I am the one expected to cover the return costs and deal with the inconvenience. I find this completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Great service and delivered in good time. The product itself makes me feel so weird. I go all spaced out, and tired for hours. I purposefully didn’t have them today to see if that made anything different and I feel fine today. Not sure what’s in them to make me feel odd but it’s a shame. I might have to stop taking them.

Rebecca was very helping and insightful, explained things to me clearly and gave pointers on how to go about my concerns. I have not bought the recommended products yet because I have tobdo some test first as suggested then know which of the recommended product to Holford once test result is out. Having the free consultation in place is definitely helpful and a stepbforward tp achieving one's desire.
