My box of bags arrived and I was hesitant as most things are too good to be true. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out with the gold foil print and sturdiness of the actual paper used. I had a couple of back and forth emails before executing the project. I am impressed by the quality and service of Westpack I will be using them again for a bigger size bag order.

The order was not packed properly
The order was not packed properly. The tissue paper I ordered was crushed by the cardboard boxes, so it arrived completely wrinkled. Some of the tissue paper had also come out of the plastic packaging, which was not secured in any way.
I also paid an additional fee for the tissue paper to be cut, so I expected to receive perfectly cut sheets. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The store offered to refund 50% of the value of the tissue paper.

customer service became careless
I've been a customer for more than 5 years. Their customer service became careless. I recently received a repeated order (exact same configuration as previous ones), with printing smudges on every box. They simply said that's the way it is with metallic foil. Not true, and even so, don't sell it then! I am very disappointed, I don't see the point on paying higher prices for bad quality. My order is 31000051925

I really like the product that I have received, the quality is exceptional. Also I was really happy with customer service, when my first order went wrong - the logo on boxes was missing - they helped me a lot. For sure I will reccomend this company to other customers.

Great service especially for small businesses
Ordering was easy and adjustments to logo placement were done quickly. The product quality was better than I expected based on the stock photos on the website. Can highly recommend, especially for small business owners who don't need huge quantities to begin with. Only "complaint" I have is I informed upon ordering that I didn't need the plastic inserts but here they are.
